00:33:01complete and integrated primary healthcare for the citizen, so that we

00:33:09specialist doctors and family doctors who have been distributed to comprehensive
00:33:13health centers and some primary health centers who provide services and evaluate the patient's
00:33:18the health centers, true. If there was
00:33:22a situation, as you know, primary
00:33:25healthcare, which is the health center, is the main gateway
00:33:28for the citizen to first receive the service,
00:33:31providing the service. Our comprehensive
00:33:35health centers across the Kingdom are like mini-hospitals.
00:33:38Yes, when a Jordanian citizen goes to these centers,
00:33:42they are received by a general practitioner, and if they need a specialist,
00:33:46they are referred to the specialist in the same center and their condition is
00:33:50evaluated, necessary medical tests are performed, and necessary radiological tests are performed, and this
00:33:53condition is diagnosed. They can get their treatments from the same
00:33:57center and go home. Yes, cases that require
00:34:00hospitalization or follow-up by some specialists in
00:34:06God, through the digital system, the electronic
00:34:09system that we currently have, transfers to hospitals have become
00:34:13easy and in coordination with the doctors present, and

00:34:46classified. 80% of medical cases are
00:34:50treated in health centers and they receive their treatments, and there is
00:34:54no need for hospitalization, there is no
00:34:57need. However, the critical cases
00:35:01are not to forget that we also activated them at the governorate
00:35:04level. Of course, the 49 centers that were maintained and expanded at the same time, these centers
00:35:08were also expanded in order to expand
00:35:12healthcare services available from specialized clinics
00:35:15and dental services. Currently, in our health centers, dental services are provided
00:35:19in a comprehensive manner by all dental specialists, from root canal treatment to orthodontics
00:35:23to prosthetics. There is no need for patients
00:35:27to go to the hospital, as the service is available and close. And as the Ministry
00:35:31of Health, we are keen to alleviate the suffering of citizens. And truly, my question to you is, did

00:36:43health centers in the governorates, you have relieved citizens from having to travel
00:36:46to the capital. This is our main role, that the citizen receives their service in
