00:01:32So, for the first time, we have what we have been waiting for for a very long time, modern electoral
00:01:35technologies. Let's start from the beginning of election day for
00:01:39citizens when they arrive at the polling station. What will be different
00:01:43during their identification? Thank you

00:01:55know is which identification documents
00:01:58they bring with them to the polling station.
00:02:02Uh, so, Article 5, Section 12 of the Election Law stipulates that these

00:11:42then you can give up to three preferences
00:11:45on that list for that multi-member
00:11:48constituency, how many candidates, so if
00:11:51people need to know that there are multi-member
00:11:55constituencies. For example, if I vote in Sarajevo for
00:11:59the state parliament, for me it is
00:12:02one list, mhm, or rather, a list, right?
00:12:06The one who votes in the Una-Sana Canton in Bihać has

00:12:16level. So, there are five multi-member constituencies in the Federation,
00:12:20and three multi-member constituencies in Republika Srpska,
00:12:24and all lists are different. The principle is the following: for example,

00:12:32and Livno, that is electoral unit number one for the state level, it
00:12:35elects three state representatives to the state parliament.
