00:09:24corporate money and just not being in bed with those special interests right,

00:15:32you're populist, you're relentlessly focused on economic issues, you're maybe not

00:15:38a traditional politician, but you're someone new that feels more authentic,
00:15:41or there's others who think like, no, actually, what we need is to send
00:15:45down some the edges, like walk back some the more extreme
00:15:49or furtest left positions the party has taken and run more moderate
00:15:53candidates. the battle for the future the democratic party and the republican
00:15:56party is not going to play out like it used to. money out of
00:16:00politics, money in your pocket and medicare for all, a
00:16:04battle that will help set the stage for the 2028 president. the
00:16:07primaries, michiganers need someone who stays focused through the noise
00:16:11and gets the job done, issues like affordability,
00:16:15health, care, corporate influence, and of course
00:16:18Israel will play a big role. more than half of house democrats
00:16:22voted to end US military funding for Israel. this is
00:16:26huge jump in numbers. this is going to continue to be a
00:16:29pression issue and something that democrats cannot
00:16:33ignore. the big question for both wings the party is whether they can
00:16:36come together. after their primaries and back their party's
