00:06:58easily as possible, but it really feels like we are not listening to each other at all, that we are not playing for
00:07:02the same team, exactly that, exactly so, exactly so, and citizens suffer. The prices
00:07:05are the best indicator of energy in any case, so
00:07:09a new price increase for gas is announced
00:07:13from autumn. So electricity, from exporters, we became someone who imports
00:07:17electricity, we are not
00:07:20warned about it long ago. Here we see what climate changes
00:07:24have done to nuclear reactors in Hungary and in
00:07:27Krško, in Slovenia. So the fight
00:07:30for energy is growing, and it seems that we
00:07:34are giving up our energy sources that we have too easily. What about
00:07:38other prices, Rubina? It is said that our inflation
00:07:42is slowing down. However, when we come to the checkout, we can no longer
00:07:45get anything for 30 convertible marks, but now if you have 50
00:07:49marks, it's like you really have nothing. Not
00:07:53to offend people who survive
00:07:56on 50 marks, it's really

00:08:45and Herzegovina for the last 30 years, I am afraid that the
00:08:48essence of politics does not change, that the way political parties are run
00:08:52does not change. I always somehow fear that these new people who
00:08:55have been introduced to politics will not be misused
00:08:59in such a way that we now recognize in them
00:09:03new faces, new potential, and they will
00:09:06actually have to play according to how the parties operate. And the second thing
00:09:10I'm personally, for example, very concerned about. I
00:09:13am,
00:09:16I follow elections in detail every time they happen, both for work and because I find it
00:09:20personally interesting. I am , for example, endlessly happy about the
00:09:23democratic possibility of open candidate lists, what we
00:09:26have now received for the elections with that large ballot
00:09:30which will only have political parties that go into the scanner
00:09:33with an additional ballot on which I just heard Mr. Arnautović
00:09:37from the Central Election Commission the other day who says if you really want to give
00:09:40preference to a candidate, fill out that ballot too. I think it shouldn't
00:09:44be if you really want to, but we have the right
00:09:48to choose political parties individually, individuals
00:09:51within political parties, and it would be a real shame if we didn't
00:09:54use that right. It will be a little complicated at the polling
00:09:58station, but I really think we shouldn't play with the idea of tacitly
00:10:01allowing, so to speak, so I don't misunderstand the closing
00:10:05of candidate lists with that abbreviation that the scanner
00:10:09understands, but truly for citizens to use their right
00:10:12within the political party they choose
00:10:15to determine preferences for individuals. What do those
00:10:19individuals offer and how do they look?
00:10:23Actually, the pre-election campaign in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
00:10:27when you say, resembles everything except
00:10:30the presentation of solutions so that we
00:10:34live better tomorrow, and precisely because of that, we give
00:10:38someone our vote. Where do these pre-election
00:10:41contests take place? Well, you know, pre-election
00:10:45contests happen at gatherings where we basically hear
00:10:49nothing, or you'll remember, the same people come who have already
00:10:52decided.
00:10:55They talk about or announce war or speak against other political parties,
00:10:58not about what they will do, or they give you some promises that are, how can
00:11:02I say, it's clear to you, if you just think a little, it's clear to you that they are
00:11:06unrealizable. That's one problem. The second problem is that always when
00:11:09after elections you have some coalitions that were
00:11:13firmly promised not to happen, you know, some illogical coalitions
00:11:17that are composed of parties that absolutely
00:11:20clash with each other, and you can already determine at the start that it will be a rather
00:11:24wasted time, and so from cycle to cycle.
00:11:28Then you have, for example, changes that are, how can
00:11:31I say, changes of opinion on the ground or
00:11:34in institutions. Here's a trivial example: for the last
00:11:37few months, I've been constantly talking about that famous southern gas interconnector, right? So
00:11:41you had in the Federal Parliament a unanimous decision in the House of Representatives of the Federal
00:11:45Parliament, unanimous, unanimous, right, a statement or a vote,
00:11:49unanimous support, adoption of the law which included the name

00:12:35we will also have some automatic vote counting, so we will be able to compare if someone is
00:12:39doing something there, it will be faster. So that's very important, and
00:12:42because of that, if nothing else, we should come out in as large a number as possible. But
00:12:46you know, besides that, I don't think we are using the opportunity
00:12:50to clearly tell our representatives in power what
00:12:53we want, what we need. It's very difficult
00:12:57to do it through their official email addresses, because they either don't open them or don't
00:13:01respond, and so on. But now everyone is on social media, now
00:13:05everyone is very ready to comment on what the other party
00:13:08did in some area or not. I think citizens should
00:13:12use that opportunity and possibility to follow their
00:13:16municipal mayors, ministers from areas that are important to them,
00:13:19and God willing, let them write to them, let them write to them on those messengers,
00:13:23Instagrams, Facebooks and all, when they... like to take pictures in some nice places
