00:29:501,292 fire points across Bosnia and
00:29:54Herzegovina. The situation is particularly alarming in four main
00:29:57hotspots: Trebinje, Nevesinje, Konjic, and Neum. Compared to
00:30:01last year, the number of hotspots has tripled.

00:30:07erupted in Trebinje in the first days of August subsided, new hotspots were activated
00:30:11in Nevesinje, Konjic, and Neum. The fire in Konjic has been raging
00:30:14for a week now, and currently the biggest focus is on the hotspot on Džepsko
00:30:18Mountain. The danger of the fire spreading is particularly concerning, exacerbated
00:30:21by high temperatures and wind, while the inaccessible terrain
00:30:25makes extinguishing difficult. Fires are still active in
00:30:28the villages of Brđani, Živašnica, Tanjina,
