00:14:16it's Hein who told me that when they were working to develop, try
00:14:20and develop medical counter measures for plague um in the early
00:14:232000s. they you in the late
00:14:261990s is when they had learned the Russian scientists in
00:14:30their illegal program were
00:14:33inserting the gene for euphoria into the
00:14:37front end of the disease, and you might say, well, why
00:14:39on earth would anyone do that? well, if you feel

00:14:46home, get under the covers and not infect
