00:13:04What I see, which is completely evident and which is no longer hidden, of course, is what
00:13:08we all know, the reunification of the infamous
00:13:12Troika, uh SNSD, SDA, and HDZ,
00:13:15the president of SDA, Izetbegović, told us, Čović is a fixed point,
00:13:19HDZ is a fixed point, we must go with a victory. Indicating that SNSD
00:13:22would be a partner if it wins the elections in Republika Srpska, it

00:15:21I repeat that the United States of America is the most important foreign policy partner of Bosnia
00:15:25and Herzegovina and the creators of Dayton, people who
00:15:28helped the then and all subsequent administrations to prove and show
00:15:32possible peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina despite all complex problems. The time that Dayton
00:15:35brought us and that straitjacket which truly needs to be
00:15:39unpacked, it needs to be updated, it needs to be
00:15:42repackaged, I can today truly triumph because everything

00:24:24House of Peoples will, of course, be important, but not the ultimate only

00:24:31problems of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically
00:24:34workers, transporters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, however, by extension
00:24:38the entire economy and industry of our country. Transporters in

00:24:46bring blockades, huge blows to business, the economy due to...

00:25:06representatives of European Union countries? Croatia has amended
00:25:09the visa law, however, certain
00:25:12bylaws are awaited for it to come into force, but what about other
00:25:16European Union countries? What are your expectations
00:25:20from the sessions of European officials that await us in
00:25:23September, which the transporters themselves are actually
00:25:27looking forward to, so that they know their own status and
00:25:30next steps.
00:25:33Uh, that's a justified topic, a topic in focus, it's really very important for the economy and
00:25:37it's really a big blow to not only the people who work in
00:25:41this industry, in this branch, but to the entire economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
00:25:45unfortunately Europe has its own rules, that's one more
00:25:48reason for people to understand that in elections
00:25:51only those who drive towards that European Union, because if we were
00:25:55inside, our drivers would be protected, others would
00:25:59pay the price, they wouldn't be able to enter a system in which our
00:26:02industry is protected, these are benefits we can
00:26:06achieve if there are people in
00:26:10positions who understand this issue, not those who
00:26:13falsely pose with drivers and then block
00:26:16all European regulations, European laws. We still have two
00:26:20technical laws left to formally elect
00:26:23the chief negotiator and start negotiations, that, of course, we
00:26:26expect by the elections. Transporters
00:26:29actually don't have time to wait, elections are soon. There is no solution, Bosnia and
00:26:33Herzegovina does not decide on that, so I dedicated at least
00:26:37a third of all my meetings in the last year to that issue, I talked to
00:26:40everyone, the European Union has not shown even a millimeter of
00:26:43understanding. Croatia, this is what was commendable, has really made a step forward in the Law
00:26:47on Foreigners that should and will, I
00:26:51believe, help our transporters, so that they can
00:26:54stay long enough to do their jobs, that no one will
00:26:58arrest them anymore, they can more easily get visas that guarantee it to them, that was
00:27:02one really positive thing, which I directly discussed many times
00:27:05with Prime Minister Plenković and Minister Radman, Minister
00:27:09Božinović, we knew when the first and second readings
00:27:12were in the parliament, because it is very important, other countries have not shown that
00:27:16readiness, and what is very important, it's not just for drivers from Bosnia and
00:27:20Herzegovina, it's the attitude of the European Union
