00:00:00disaster from floods, so here are earthquakes and and and
00:00:03droughts, unfortunately, it seems to me that this year there will be a state of
00:00:07drought and so on, absolutely, disaster after
00:00:10disaster, but when we have human factors and when
00:00:12we have something that can be prevented, then
00:00:16there is really no justification for that, Mr. Šehić, I want to ask you one more thing,
00:00:2035 years after the war, we are still saying
00:00:24that you cannot extinguish a fire on land in Plješevica,
00:00:28but you have to rely on capacity from the air, which are again very
00:00:31limited because potentially
00:00:35minefields threaten,
00:00:38and here, how is it possible that we still have
00:00:41such scenarios?
00:00:44Unfortunately, the area of the city of Bihać,
00:00:48I think it falls into the local communities that are
00:00:51still largely, I would say,
00:00:54contaminated with unexploded ordnance from the last war. I'm sorry that it is like that.
00:00:58After 30 years, that is
00:01:02the situation. The competent state agency
00:01:04(BAMAK) is there, and it has its, I would say,
00:01:08sources of information, its applications that are available to every citizen
00:01:12via mobile phone or printed maps that we also
00:01:16have in our emergency services, and we must follow those
00:01:19uh information, those maps, those zones that are marked as mine-
00:01:23suspicious. We must not, we must not simply enter such
00:01:26areas, although that which is marked, uh,
00:01:30it says that it is approximately 60% of everything that is
00:01:33known to them, mapped on those maps, which means that some,
00:01:37according to their information, another 40% is potentially
00:01:40somewhere in the vicinity, mm, that is, that is a very
00:01:43very mm dangerous situation which
00:01:46here, in relation to all this other that we mentioned as
00:01:50both shortcomings and aggravating circumstances,
00:01:54additionally represents yet another additional, I would say,
00:01:57problem, and just, I would say, for me, that is... also
00:02:00absurd, and I appeal here
00:02:04to finally, that is, if the state cannot do it at its level,
00:02:07can they, can they, that is, can
00:02:11aircraft be bought, can adequate aircraft be acquired? I know that
00:02:14certain studies were done, and a state study in 2014 for
00:02:18the acquisition of certain aircraft, locating exactly which
00:02:22aircraft are most suitable for us, a federal study was done, we have all that on
00:02:25paper, it has been established. Again, I say, we don't need to invent hot water, we have
00:02:29proof. Here, in the area of Herzegovina, that
00:02:32certain air tractors are operating, which are rented. So,
00:02:36we really have a need for that, uh, that tractor cannot be
00:02:39more expensive than the damage that a fire causes
00:02:43uh in a forest
00:02:46joined the firefighting area, or or or God forbid that certain people suffer
00:02:48in some inaccessible terrain, so that is priceless, and I think that
00:02:52there is money for that, there just needs to be a will to
00:02:55show itself, to finally start it, because if everyone else can
00:03:01they report these symptoms that indicate have aircraft and extinguish fires in inaccessible terrains, why then
00:03:03should we be left to ourselves and ground forces
00:03:07to simply go to places where you simply cannot
00:03:11get to, it's impossible, there are many
00:03:14questions and you speak very sincerely about what the current
00:03:17problem is. I hope that this sincerity will lead to someone
00:03:21asking and actually solving all these challenges and problems that we have, because
00:03:25people are at stake on both sides. Mr. Šehić, thank you very much for
00:03:28joining us this morning.
00:03:34in the Una-Sana Canton.
00:03:37Fire, smoke and exhausted
00:03:41people on the ground, across Bosnia and
00:03:45Herzegovina, battles are being fought with the raging fire.
00:03:48Nevesinje, Bileća, Prisika near Tomislavgrad,
00:03:51Plješevica near Bihać and Sasina near Sanski
00:03:55Most, are just some of the locations. Near Bosansko
00:03:59Grahovo, more than a thousand hectares of forest were engulfed by fire,
00:04:02air forces were involved in the fight, but
00:04:05dense smoke, high
00:04:09temperatures, inaccessible terrain additionally
00:04:12complicated the interventions. They have no replacements, it's the same people,
00:04:16does that mean everything is in uh, forest workers, all these institutions, services that I listed
00:04:19for you, are rotating, I say honestly, we hope
00:04:22for a more favorable meteorological situation, at least to some extent
00:04:25to get it under control. While in one area the situation
00:04:29is calming down,... In another, every new gust of wind and high
00:04:33temperature keep firefighters on
00:04:35alert. A large number of fires in a short period
00:04:39once again showed how demanding the fight against fire
00:04:42is, especially when there are not enough people, equipment,
00:04:46vehicles, tankers and air support. On
00:04:49inaccessible terrain in Sanski Most, in the
00:04:52Sasina area, the consequences of the fire are
00:04:55enormous. It is a very inaccessible terrain, it is a
00:04:59suspicious terrain. It is a mined terrain, we had
00:05:03hunters and the Airsoft club Koljot
00:05:07and the forestry service and many others helping us on the ground.
00:05:10"Citizens are with us on the ground, as you yourself
00:05:14saw, here on the ground the situation is very, very difficult,
00:05:17we have over 10,000 square meters
00:05:21where the fire has already destroyed, where it has left
00:05:25desolation behind it. In addition to all the dangers that fire brings
00:05:29with it in the area of Plješevica near Bihać,
00:05:32the minefield area further complicated direct
00:05:35intervention. As for the fire itself, maybe
00:05:39it looks worse than it actually is.
00:05:42The surface layer of leaves, it is a
00:05:45ground fire, mm, for now
00:05:48we are giving our maximum, we will be there, therefore, the fire will not spread to
00:05:52inhabited areas, there will not be any material
00:05:55damage, but of course we must also protect
00:05:58human lives in all of this and be careful. The Bihać Fire
00:06:02Department provides maximum logistical support in the form of delivering
00:06:06water for the members of the Bihać Forestry, for their
00:06:09firefighters, and other necessary material and technical resources. Besides
00:06:13Bihać, in the last three days, fires were reported
00:06:17in the area of Sanski Most municipality, three
00:06:21fires, Bužim municipality, one
00:06:24fire, and Bosanski Petrovac
00:06:27municipality, two fires. These were private fields of multiple
00:06:31ownership, multiple owners, and
00:06:34with the quick intervention of the fire departments of those local
00:06:37communities, the fires were quickly extinguished. Although certain
00:06:40fires are under control. Predictable weather conditions and
00:06:44wind leave open the possibility
00:06:47of renewed fire outbreaks. In such
00:06:50conditions, every new intervention means additional
00:06:53effort for the people who have been on the ground for days.
00:06:57Firefighters have certainly had more interventions than
00:07:00in previous years. This is certainly
00:07:03contributed to by what we are talking about, so significantly
00:07:07increased temperature and the time since
00:07:11there has been no rain. You know, no matter how much
00:07:14equipment we have, no matter how many good and brave
00:07:17people, brilliant guys, so to speak,
00:07:21sometimes we all look up to the sky, hoping that
00:07:24the greatest help will come from there. The announced rain
00:07:28could bring relief and help in the fight against the
00:07:31raging fire. Until then, people remain on the ground,
00:07:35exhausted but determined to protect homes and
00:07:38nature. Dragica Pejaković, N1.
00:07:52In Belgium, the largest fire in the country's history is raging, and in Wales,
00:07:56the army has also
00:07:58efforts. Rain in eastern Belgium
00:08:02slightly eased the firefighting, but more than
00:08:063,000 hectares of nature reserve are still engulfed in
00:08:09flames. It is a peat bog area, rich
00:08:12in organic material that forms when plant remains
00:08:16accumulate for thousands of years and are only partially
00:08:19decomposed in moist soil.
00:08:23The ground beneath us is neither rock nor sand, it's all flammable
00:08:26material, which is why it can remain hot for days, even
00:08:29weeks. That's why we'll have to stay here for a long time to
00:08:33keep everything under control. Experts
00:08:37say that it will take decades, even centuries, for the reserve to recover.
00:08:40Officials say it is the
00:08:44biggest ecological disaster in the country.
00:08:47The fire threatened to spread to the German side of the border, but
00:08:50firefighters have so far contained it.
00:08:54The situation is stable, we managed to keep under control
00:08:57the areas that we tried to protect during the night, and
00:09:01the weather conditions were somewhat in our favor.
00:09:04We are currently soaking the surrounding areas with water, trying to
00:09:08further calm the situation.
00:09:11A record number of fires in Britain, in South Wales,
00:09:14the army is participating in extinguishing. In central
00:09:17England, fire destroyed at least 20 houses. In
00:09:21Greece, there were casualties. Two people died on the island of
00:09:25Salamina, west of Athens. In that area,
00:09:28a very strong wind is blowing with gusts reaching seven
00:09:31degrees on the Beaufort scale. This contributed to the fire very quickly
00:09:35reaching dangerous proportions and spreading in just seven minutes
00:09:39towards the nearest settlements.
00:09:42No fire belts, no clearly established evacuation routes,
00:09:45no prevention whatsoever.
00:09:49All of Europe is affected by fires. The President of the European Commission, Ursula
00:09:52von der Leyen, says that fires are raging in Spain, Germany,
00:09:56Italy, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, and Serbia, and
00:10:00claims that European solidarity is at work,
00:10:04meaning that everyone is jointly working to extinguish the fires.
00:10:07According to data from the European Forest Fire Information System,
00:10:11during 2000, 26, in Europe,
00:10:14approximately 576,000
00:10:18hectares burned, or about 5760
00:10:21square kilometers of land, an area that
00:10:25is almost 2.5 times larger than Luxembourg. Dušan
00:10:29Mlađenović, N1.

00:11:30forces will be reinforced by soldiers and aviation assets from a larger
00:11:33number of countries. The aim of this exercise is to improve Eufor's
00:11:37operational readiness and interoperability through complex training
00:11:41scenarios to demonstrate Eufor's visibility,
00:11:44credibility and commitment to stability in all
00:11:48parts of BiH. Rapid response 2026.
00:11:52Presence that is seen, readiness that
00:11:55is trusted. In my office I often hear the statement that my child
00:11:59is sick, tired and has no appetite. In such
00:12:01situations, I often recommend immune support by giving
00:12:05Ge Kids. This is a combination of seven natural ingredients from royal
00:12:08jelly, beta-glucan and reishi.
00:12:12G Kids is a natural, proven and child-friendly preparation. Use

00:12:57We return to the show Novi Dan, sponsored by the General
00:13:01Hospital Medicana Sarajevo,
00:13:149 hours 43 minutes, we are talking about health
00:13:17in the continuation, about stomach viruses that are
00:13:20present, omnipresent these days,
00:13:23so, neither children nor adults are immune, more and more
00:13:27people are complaining about multi-day diarrhea, vomiting, fever,
00:13:30stomach cramps, extreme exhaustion. Is it a seasonal
00:13:34intestinal virus, food poisoning or a combination of several factors?
00:13:37Doctors will explain infections that are especially common
00:13:41in summer. This morning with me is Dr. Rusmir Gadžo,
00:13:44family doctor. Good morning and welcome to a new day. Good morning to you,
00:13:48greetings to your viewers and thank you for the invitation. Doctor, let's
00:13:51first clarify that dilemma. And what
00:13:55accompanies this stomach virus, so
00:13:58a very strong exhaustion, diarrhea,
00:14:01vomiting, body aches, a fever that
00:14:04is not so high, but is enough to exhaust us, to make us
00:14:08feel broken because of it. I have experienced all of that myself,
00:14:12something that is completely somehow
00:14:14expected, logical, what you encounter
00:14:18in summer, or something that needs attention? Well, indeed,
00:14:22we can say that this is a seasonal phenomenon, although... some people are scared by
00:14:26the symptomatology, which is perhaps more pronounced now than before. And why is it
00:14:29more pronounced? Well, you have the opportunity to see for yourself that more and more
00:14:33people, a larger and larger part of people are traveling all over the world. That
00:14:36is an international, that's right, that is an international conference of the microbiological
00:14:40world. Everyone exchanges various microorganisms from all over
00:14:44the world, and that of course reflects on the local level, as has been
00:14:47recorded in European
00:14:50epidemiological frameworks and also in our country. So, very
00:14:54virulent virus strains have appeared
00:14:58that, for that reason, spread quickly, causing a fulminant picture, that is, something that
00:15:01colloquially speaking, "shakes a person up" and incapacitates them
00:15:04instantly, for example, viruses from the
00:15:08norovirus, rotavirus, adenovirus family. They are very potent,
00:15:11very virulent, developing a severe, exhausting clinical picture in a short time,
00:15:15and they spread easily. That is most likely one
00:15:19of the reasons why we have patients with such a severe picture
00:15:23that develops in a short time, but... it doesn't last more than
00:15:2610 days, well, that's not short, well, I agree, should we
00:15:30stay in bed? Well, I mean, when you have such symptoms where you are
00:15:34practically confined to home, uh, you don't have
00:15:37other options, but if it's not diarrhea, if it's not really
00:15:41vomiting, how much damage can we actually
00:15:45do more than good, by telling ourselves, we can do this,
00:15:48let's go to work, you shouldn't overdo it for
00:15:52personal reasons, so your body also has the right to
00:15:55rest, that's one side of the coin, your body is actually telling you at that
00:15:59moment to slow down, however, there is another
00:16:02epidemiological side of the coin, which is that we are a potential source
00:16:06of infection for colleagues, for people in public transport
00:16:09and so on. So, we need to consider this personal side, where the body
00:16:13really has the right to rest for two or three days, it's nothing terrible. On the other
00:16:17hand, epidemiologically, so that we ourselves don't become someone who will spread such a type of illness
00:16:21to everyone. We have all heard advice many times and found ourselves in situations where we have to
00:16:25react, but it's not bad to repeat, so when our stomach is compromised,
00:16:28when everything is more nauseating than it already is, what are the things
00:16:32that should be done or not done first, before we decide
00:16:36to call a doctor or... before we can sometimes go to
00:16:40the doctor. In such situations, uh,
00:16:43people think little about this, maybe they know little, right? It's far
00:16:47more important to stay well hydrated than to eat well, as is our
00:16:50custom, right? That I haven't eaten for two days, I haven't eaten for two
00:16:54days. So, it's far, nothing will happen to you, that's right, I don't want to
00:16:57not eat for one day, but if you're hydrated, nothing will happen to you. The body has enough
00:17:01reserves to feed itself, but it doesn't have enough reserves
00:17:05of water if it's at the same time vomiting or eliminating it through
00:17:09stool. So, maintain hydration status above all, rest the body, and
00:17:12eat a little when
00:17:15needed, start with some fibrous, light,
00:17:19bland food like dry rice, bananas, dates, something that
00:17:22will give its energetic effect on the body and will not burden it. That's
00:17:26one thing. Another thing is to act preventively even before that. So, you already
00:17:30have in the announcement, in the season, that there are a few people around you who are
00:17:33sick. So, hygiene is the basic tool in the fight against it, how
00:17:36банально? That's right, but that's crucial actually. How do we
00:17:40doctors have such a high patient turnover and are not sick? I wanted to
00:17:44ask you that. Constant hygiene, constant hygiene, a little distance, and you don't even wear
00:17:47masks? No, these viruses are transmitted by droplets,
00:17:50no, this type of virus is transmitted by the so-called
00:17:53fecal-oral route, which is why hand hygiene is important, not superficial,
00:17:57but a thirty-second
00:18:00wash where a certain amount of soap covers the entire hand and rinse with warm water.
00:18:03If there's also some kind of disinfectant,
00:18:07that's even better. And now,
00:18:10uh, when you come to the doctor, it's
00:18:13always a dilemma, is it a viral infection or
00:18:17is it food poisoning? What kind of cases do
00:18:21you encounter in clinics due to poisoning? Very often,
00:18:24somehow, unpopularly, they put watermelon
00:18:27on the pillar of shame. Why is it so problematic, or is there
00:18:31something more problematic than watermelon? Well, since you mentioned it,
00:18:34one of the questions we ask a patient when
00:18:38acute gastroenteritis or enterocolitis is whether
00:18:41the patient has traveled anywhere in the last seven to ten days
00:18:45and whether they have eaten anything unusual. Hmm, those two
00:18:49pieces of information from the anamnesis can often help us to point the finger at whether it could
00:18:53eventually be food poisoning. So, I have a certain
00:18:56number of patients who say that due to their lifestyle, due to the work they do, they are forced
00:19:00to sometimes resort to fast food as the primary source
00:19:04of nutrition for those few days, and then we can eventually suspect it. Although
00:19:07we can never rule out that it was actually a combination of viral and bacterial
00:19:11illness, hmm, although considering that we have to follow
00:19:14the epidemiological picture, in the vast majority of cases it is still viral
00:19:18illnesses, they spread faster, hmm, but there are cases where
00:19:22it has been confirmed that it is about what
00:19:25to avoid, what we shouldn't have as an option if we have any choice
00:19:29in these hot summer days? Well, temperatures are high, food
00:19:32that spoils quickly at high temperatures that reaches boiling point,
00:19:36so something that is, say, rich in carbohydrates, food that has
00:19:39been left overnight can be a potential source of all this.
00:19:43If we are already at home, if we are able to afford it, rather
00:19:46our homemade fresh food, fruit and vegetables, perhaps more,
00:19:50light protein food with mandatory
00:19:53hydration, that would be it, yes, when we talk about
00:19:57protein food, fruit, vegetables, washing fruit and vegetables
00:20:00is very important, how much do we actually
00:20:03neglect it and
00:20:06hear from others. On the other hand, well, nothing has ever happened to me, I just pick it up at
00:20:10the market and try it. Now, if that happens to me when I get home, what can we actually
00:20:14ingest that way? Well, as I said earlier,
00:20:17we travel the world and pick up various microbiological
00:20:20samples, bring them here. Similarly, from
00:20:24all the places we get supplies, we can actually bring the same
00:20:28things, and as I said earlier, hygiene is the key tool. But
00:20:31if we talk about fruits and vegetables we buy at the market, we know that a lot of it is
00:20:35imported. How long can a virus survive
00:20:37on such surfaces? Not that long, but
00:20:41it can survive in the environments where it's placed, for example, at
00:20:44the market. The daily human traffic is
00:20:47so great that everyone can carry something on their hands. Something doesn't
00:20:51have to travel from Argentina on a tomato, as much as something can be
00:20:54brought from the local environment,
00:20:57because as I said, the virulence is such that the virus
00:21:01spreads to a large number of people in a short
00:21:04time. That's actually the source. What do we do wrong
00:21:08besides eating when we have vomiting or diarrhea, or maybe
00:21:12what do parents do wrong when children are involved, especially since these are
00:21:15particularly small organisms, they dehydrate faster, heat up faster,
00:21:18cool down slower, in my experience. As I see with my colleagues,
00:21:21we make the biggest mistake by doing nothing. People wait a few days and
00:21:25do nothing, and then they come to the doctor, neither hydrating nor taking any
00:21:29probiotic supplement. So they don't take any steps,
00:21:33thinking, "Oh, it'll somehow pass." Indeed, in
00:21:36the vast majority of cases, such an illness resolves
00:21:39spontaneously, but for particularly at-risk categories
00:21:42of the population, as you said, for children, for older people, for people with chronic
00:21:46illnesses, you shouldn't let it get to that point. You shouldn't allow yourself to reach
00:21:50that line where that threshold is crossed, where your health
00:21:53is already seriously impaired. So, if
00:21:57we see that our everyday dynamics,
00:22:01our life, is no longer such that, as people say,
00:22:04we're lying down, we have no energy, no will, we're quieter,
00:22:07not dynamic, then that's already an alarming sign that something
00:22:11needs to be done. You mentioned probiotics, prebiotics, so
00:22:14very often we reach for them when it's already
00:22:17happened, it's too late. Now, how effective is that at all at that moment,
00:22:21or better then than never? Well,
00:22:25today, in this sea of probiotics,
00:22:27prebiotics, actually, and they're not
00:22:31cheap for many people, choosing
00:22:34the right ones and how to supplement with food,
00:22:37because until now, our knowledge has been limited.
00:22:40We were told to use probiotics, then they say probiotics are useless
00:22:44if you don't use food for those good bacteria you're cultivating, those are
00:22:47prebiotics. Then they say, well... that's found in
00:22:51pickled onion, or rather fermented vegetables,
00:22:54and now unfortunately we can't really eat sauerkraut,
00:22:58neither can we eat garlic, it's a bit hot, what
00:23:01can we do? So, this especially applies to people who can
00:23:05do something for prevention, for example, people who are planning
00:23:08to travel. For such people, it is already recommended to take them for a few days before
00:23:11traveling, either in supplements or from natural
00:23:14sources. Supplements as supplements, most of them pass
00:23:17local and regional European
00:23:20regulatory mechanisms to be released for sale, so they are all good,
00:23:24and really they are. Okay, so as for natural sources, we forget that in
00:23:28yogurt, for example, we have, I forgot yogurt, in yogurt and kefir we have
00:23:31natural sources of probiotics, you also have the term
00:23:34postbiotics, so you have pre- well, that's how it is now,
00:23:38so these are actually the products of the metabolism
00:23:41of probiotic bacteria that remain for us as a kind of
00:23:44protection, as a coating for the intestine to protect us from what
00:23:48comes proximally towards the intestine. Hmm, therefore, all
00:23:51prebiotics, and probiotics, and postbiotics have their effect on gastrointestinal
00:23:55health, and all that changes yogurt, what else? Yogurt, for example,
00:23:59kefir, pickled cucumbers, all pickled
00:24:02vegetables have high concentrations of these.
00:24:05probiotic cultures that are beneficial for humans, yes, and what kind of food
00:24:08can disrupt that intestinal microbiome in the sense that
00:24:12now, colloquially speaking, it washes away those good bacteria
00:24:16or in combination with some food that
00:24:19yes, yes... disrupts that intestinal flora, yes, we do a little, we spoil a little,
00:24:23realistically, if food is microbiologically sound, it does not have such a devastating effect on
00:24:27the gut microbiome, only food that brings
00:24:30with it large, large contingents, so to speak,
00:24:33of bacteria that can act pathologically and disrupt the
00:24:36gut microbiome, that kind of food can
00:24:39jeopardize this stability. Doctor Gadžo, how seriously
00:24:43do we know our body, how seriously do we know that intestinal flora
00:24:47and fauna that we have and
00:24:50in fact, I often like to connect it with when they say that
00:24:54it's actually a new brain, the intestines are a new
00:24:57brain. Somehow, when they advise us how to relax, how
00:25:01to fix some things, they say, it's all between your two ears. So,
00:25:06our intestines, if the signals that the brain receives
00:25:09and operates on are actually sent by
00:25:13the intestines? Well, the moment of our relaxation,
00:25:15the feeling of regular bowel movements actually depends on
00:25:19how we are... mentally relaxed at that
00:25:21moment, organized, at peace with
00:25:25ourselves. How much of this is actually a science about which we
00:25:29know little. In the scientific world, in these health circles, especially,
00:25:33there are a large number of studies dedicated to
00:25:36even specific strains of the microbiome, so
00:25:39for people who are professionally involved, we can say that they are quite well
00:25:43acquainted with the so-called gut microbiome,
00:25:46the enterobiome, the function of the intestines and so on. For the average person, not
00:25:50so much, right? Maybe everyday, what should we know?
00:25:54Well, for us, it's perhaps best to know how to protect it, how to nourish it,
00:25:57how to preserve it, how not to disrupt it, mm-hm. So, how exactly what
00:26:01you asked earlier, how to help that, right?
00:26:04film that coats the intestine to survive, to
00:26:08be orderly, to help it be our
00:26:11protection. Yes, antibiotics certainly don't help, well, not
00:26:15really, especially when taken on one's own, not really, but when they are necessary,
00:26:18does it happen in your practice that people already come to you with a finished
00:26:22course of antibiotics? Of course, especially in this age of
00:26:25digital aids, for example, like this artificial intelligence
00:26:29where people themselves... determine their own diagnosis and therapy and then come
00:26:33to us when the
00:26:35damage has actually been done a little,
00:26:38yes, then we have to solve that kind of
00:26:41problem, yes. If in these days you had to
00:26:45advise everyone who is traveling, you said
00:26:49to prepare the intestines, that is,
00:26:52drink some probiotic, prebiotic, what else did you say, postbiotic,
00:26:55so you already have combinations with pro-biotics, so
00:26:59all in one, hand washing would be the second thing, what else?
00:27:03"Well, proper hydration, that's all. For example, you have people who
00:27:06suffer from so-called travel disease, as in traveler's disease,
00:27:10mm-hm, where they sat for hours in a car with strong
00:27:14air conditioning, where the body is dehydrated through the skin, then they have
00:27:17symptomatology that is actually symptomatology
00:27:20of dehydration which they didn't even know, mm-hm, through the large
00:27:23skin surface they released large amounts of fluid and then they have
00:27:27headaches, weakness and so on, so that their trip was not
00:27:31in such a beautiful s'. I forgot to mention, besides stomach viruses
00:27:34which are current, so here in our collective
00:27:37colleagues often complain about
00:27:41viruses that are present and that they compare with coronavirus symptoms,
00:27:45they say this was 100% some kind of corona, I mean, these are all some very similar
00:27:48viruses, again we have a group of people who are also
00:27:52complaining, especially upon returning from vacation
00:27:55about problems in the sinuses, respiratory
00:27:59type, so respiratory type where they literally say that...
00:28:02they cough, that they suffocate, that it's very difficult to
00:28:06actually digest all of that, what's the issue and what's the advice? At the root of everything is
00:28:10most likely that it's a viral illness, so any part of the body
00:28:13it affects can cause such systemic ailments,
00:28:17where it resembles, regardless of the part of the body it affects, so systemically
