00:07:57have been warning about a very negative trend when it comes to
00:08:01respecting proportional representation, which is
00:08:05defined by the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. And of course,
00:08:08in preparation for this international conference we had
00:08:11on August 8, where we, well,
00:08:15several speakers, and among them I was too, presented
00:08:19precisely the data that I received based
00:08:22on parliamentary questions and answers that I received from those
00:08:26institutions, of course, we define tables

00:09:47Čović, Mr. Jomirajović and
00:09:50others were, Jelavić and so on, were members
00:09:54of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. What actually
00:09:57happened? The people punished Čović, because after Čović
00:10:00no other HDZ candidate was elected, we saw
00:10:04that Mr. Komšić was elected twice for
00:10:07two terms precisely because
00:10:11of the punishment. Uh, the behavior of Čović and his HDZ
00:10:15candidates, or members of the Presidency from the ranks of HDZ,
00:10:18because they did not represent the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but
00:10:22on the contrary, they represented the interests of, first and foremost, the Republic
00:10:25of Croatia, let's remember when we in the parliamentary assembly tried
00:10:29to send a note to the Republic of Croatia due to
00:10:33the illegal disposal of radioactive waste near the border of Bosnia
00:10:36and Herzegovina in Trgovska Gora, he did not allow
00:10:39any money to be sent to the Republic of Croatia, not to mention the
00:10:43usurpation of the maritime border by the Republic

00:10:49state of Yugoslavia, because now Bosnia and Herzegovina as a maritime country has no access to

00:11:27of course I can't talk about it now in this gray area on the eve of the elections,
00:11:31because it would be a promotion of the party's
00:11:35program, I don't want to talk about it publicly now,
00:11:38but when the time comes, when the campaign begins, I will clearly
00:11:41and loudly say how to solve it, because look,
00:11:45uh, it's not about ethnic
00:11:48representation in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that it's some

00:12:40actually victims
00:12:42of the blockade of the institutions of Bosnia and
00:12:46Herzegovina by SNSD and
00:12:49HDZ and that coalition or
00:12:52partnership that they signed several
00:12:56years ago. Today we are victims of that, they have taken
00:13:00all the levers of decision-making, meaning, uh, but who enabled
00:13:03that, I want to ask you that, I asked that in the first question, how did it come to
00:13:07that, did the current
00:13:10existing structure uh, do that, as the opposition from
00:13:14the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina tries to blame
00:13:17them for, or is it a process that lasted much longer? It's a process that
00:13:20has been going on for many years, at least 10 years ago, uh
00:13:24when... it first appeared when the political agreement on the formation
00:13:28of the parliamentary majority uh, at that time it was
00:13:32SDA, DF, SNSD and HDZ, when it was
00:13:35agreed to the detriment of disrespecting
00:13:38the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was agreed that it would be,
00:13:42so it is about some political agreements, that's right, therefore, political
00:13:45agreements cannot go against the Constitution
00:13:49of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is the key, key issue, because, well, with...
00:13:53the situation of the levers of decision-making, we have come to
00:13:56a situation where our institutions are being shut down, for example

00:17:27with colleagues, representatives and female representatives in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia

00:17:38the political arena in the

00:19:01Mr. Čović doesn't mind when, for example, the mayor of Vareš is elected
00:19:05by Bosniaks, and a Croat. Therefore,
00:19:07it's a matter of quality, offer honest candidates, why

00:19:14Filipović as a candidate, why not, for example,

00:29:18cadres, party cadres have
00:29:22political power, they have, they can disrupt
00:29:26political leaders, some of their ideas,
00:29:29policies, guidelines and so on, instead of... "first and foremost, competent
00:29:33people are elected who will have
00:29:35responsibility if the public enterprise does not
00:29:39operate positively, what do we have today, we have mines
00:29:42that owe funds over a hundred million
00:29:45convertible marks, who allowed that and it's not
00:29:49from yesterday, it's been several years, well,
00:29:52as I said, a decade, therefore the matter is
00:29:56the responsibility of elected and appointed
00:29:59officials in all positions and at all levels."
