00:09:53Herzegovina, and how much by the desire of some parties in Croatia to further

00:13:21political mud if we don't solve these key issues, then if necessary, we still
00:13:25need this electoral law, then I am sure that
00:13:28the citizens in these elections will realize that the time has come to

00:25:13the international community that it is a partner that fulfills
00:25:17its assumed obligations, the high representative will not leave
00:25:21until the international community says he should leave, but if politics will be conducted
00:25:24in the way it has been conducted for the past 4, 8, 12
00:25:28years, the high representative here, whoever comes,
00:25:32will definitely live to a ripe old age, because with these
00:25:35political actors, this progress will not happen, which is necessary for the international
00:25:39community to say, these people have shown credibility, they don't need
00:25:42a foreign tutor, they can manage processes and make
00:25:45decisions themselves. In the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on several occasions,
00:25:49attempts were made to reach a solution to at least partially

00:25:57political agreement, there was no understanding, on the other
