Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API (Chirp) + Gemini 2.5 Flash Non-Thinking. Treat it as a searchable index of what was broadcast, not a quotation record.

00:00:00This is one thing, and the second thing, these ideas that are being promoted by
00:00:04various officials, who are not even our citizens, but are citizens
00:00:08of the United States of America, are often, often have
00:00:11a fascist, or rather, neo-Nazi character. Very often,
00:00:15here, Bosnians or Bosnians and
00:00:18Herzegovinians, to be precise, so that no one attacks me, especially
00:00:22Bosniaks, uhm, are put on the pillar
00:00:25of shame, that in a certain
00:00:29child to go on way, this somehow spreads. what Islamophobia, that here
00:00:32live some terrorists who will threaten Christianity or I don't know what else they will
00:00:36do, which are really ridiculous assessments
00:00:39in themselves, considering that we have proven, at least
00:00:43by solving these problems that we had in Bosnia and Herzegovina, since
00:00:47I was a direct actor, that we were
00:00:50capable in that sense of solving every problem in Bosnia and
00:00:53Herzegovina, now how much the world, how much this
00:00:56environment and precisely these people appreciate it, that is now a
00:01:00separate segment, but I think that filth in
00:01:03communication that they bring into the whole thing to achieve
00:01:07certain goals, I think that is not right, that it is not
00:01:10good for anyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and indeed they will see that it is not good in the end
00:01:14for them either, so here is Dodik, yesterday and Cvijanović says
00:01:18that besides strategic interests with
00:01:21America they have -
00:01:24as she said, congruent ideological views, this primarily
00:01:28refers to these views. towards Muslims,
00:01:31Islamophobia and everything else,
00:01:35regardless of their claims, and we hear from HDZ officials who are increasingly
00:01:39openly speaking about the Muslim threat in Bosnia and
00:01:42Herzegovina, regardless of their claims or analyses, they must further
00:01:46keep one thing in mind, that the Dayton
00:01:49Peace Agreement, or Bosnia and Herzegovina as
00:01:52such, that it is the only successful project
00:01:56of the United States of America in the context of foreign policy in the last 30
00:01:59years. "and I think that the State Department
00:02:02will not easily gamble away everything
00:02:05that it has done here, together of course with their
00:02:08partners, that they will not succeed in tearing it down in such
00:02:12a way as they imagined, in that context I think that
00:02:15generally speaking the sovereignty and integrity of Bosnia and
00:02:18Herzegovina will not be questioned, however, what worries me is
00:02:22that, including the European Union, they are increasingly less interested
00:02:26in what is happening within the country, it's like, "there you are, you..."
00:02:39considering that we have the Office of the High Representative, we saw
00:02:42in the meantime that he is also on ice, what he was
00:02:45busy with, we saw with this last application or
00:02:49appeal
00:02:52of Representative Begić, right, who won in
00:02:55the court in Strasbourg, a person who in essence should...
00:03:00act contrary, acts in such a way that the decisions he
00:03:03made were discriminatory, regardless
00:03:06of the basis to which that refers, so I won't go back to the story about
00:03:10the adoption or annulment of the constitution of the federation, some other things,
00:03:14then when you see how everything is happening here, that people, at least those
00:03:17individuals from the international community who should
00:03:21contribute to the protection of the Dayton Peace Agreement,
00:03:24allow me to briefly make another digression, here when it comes to
00:03:28the OHR office that... "you make a decision to
00:03:31pay 120 million to a criminal group in
00:03:35that unfortunate Vidokt affair, and you watch while
00:03:38eight cultural institutions for which you made a decision,
00:03:42meaning he made it personally with his order
00:03:4582/24,
00:03:47he ordered the Council of Ministers that this issue must
00:03:51be resolved, people intentionally won't do it, and instead of sanctioning
00:03:54them or reporting them to Dodik as he did with
00:03:57him, why doesn't he do it when it comes to..." cultural institutions, why
00:04:00allow BHRT to
00:04:04collapse in such a way that there is a true
00:04:08agony there, it doesn't last a day or 10 days, it lasts
00:04:11for years. Why is the management that
00:04:14was elected by political office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina, not Zlatko
00:04:18Milić, it was elected mainly by HDZ,
00:04:21SNSD, these last three and before them SDA, what have these
00:04:25people done in the last five, six years, why in five six years
00:04:29have no members of the board come to parliament, why has no one ever come
00:04:32to defend the report, the work plan of that television
00:04:36house? I am not saying that it cannot
00:04:39be done in another way, but we cannot
00:04:42allow such an institution to simply
00:04:46collapse and for my colleague who works there as an editor, for
00:04:50the inability to fix the elevator, every day he goes
00:04:53up to the 13th floor, not to mention other
00:04:56things, then for example, Mr. Ović at the last
00:05:00session of the House of Peoples says that he is worried, that he doesn't know,
00:05:04how to help, I ask him, when do you help
00:05:08like that and when you have such a narrative and when you have a habit of
00:05:12addressing..." on behalf of the Croatian people, to all
00:05:16citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, then why don't you tell the Croatian
00:05:20people to finally start paying their subscription, because if you can appoint them to
00:05:23the entity television and state television as members
00:05:26of the management board, as directors, I see no reason why, and what
00:05:30does he tell you to that, nothing, he didn't respond, but Mr.
00:05:34Ćosić responded and roughly replied that it was
00:05:37civil, please, disobedience, I didn't want to
00:05:40argue with them further, I..." "love when they mention civil in any
00:05:44form, but for that civil obedience, well,
00:05:48it's your duty by law to react so that it doesn't
00:05:51happen, so go ahead, if you don't like that kind of television, sit there,
00:05:55agree, make a television of 105 channels, but to
00:05:59hold people hostage, 760 employees, to bring them
00:06:02to such a situation that they can't pay for gas, electricity,
00:06:06salaries and so on, that they have 55 million in debt for
00:06:10contributions, 55 million." 20 million
00:06:13debt to this European broadcast, that Maja
00:06:17Sever, if I'm not mistaken, and at the same time RTRS actually
00:06:20owes that same BiHRT, I'll finish quickly, that
00:06:24this Ms. Sever asks for an urgent reaction from the High
00:06:27Representative, he puts his finger in his ear, simply the man doesn't care, at the same
00:06:31time for nine years RTRS
00:06:35won't pay it, that Ms. Cvijanović at the sessions
00:06:38of the presidency says why she should pay for it or
00:06:42Republika. Srpska, when Croats won't pay for it, so what does
00:06:45that mean, that only citizens who live in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are allegedly
00:06:49identified
00:06:52as Bosnians and Herzegovinians, should pay for it, television is no longer
00:06:55a question of BH patriotism, it is
00:06:59a question of the functioning of the system, it is
00:07:02a question of the law that should operate in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
00:07:06if the leadership and management board are not capable, then
00:07:09indeed those in the Council of Ministers should leave." "or in the
00:07:13end there is a High Representative who can, he has shown that so far,
00:07:17when he wants to intervene, to force them to
00:07:20implement the law, then I ask a justified
00:07:23question, does he use those rights he has, I respect
00:07:27his legitimacy, not him as a person, but
00:07:31him as an institution, does that mean that he selectively applies
00:07:34justice, what does that mean, if you order a criminal group
00:07:38to pay 120 million, why don't you now order that
00:07:42100 million be removed from the account of Republika Srpska
00:07:46and given to BHRT, he cannot do that, he can, but
00:07:49he doesn't want to, right? Now they are allegedly justifying themselves by saying that
00:07:53since he barely remained after this last UN
00:07:57session, right, there were great problems there as to whether he would extend
00:08:00his mandate, it turned out that they agreed that he could
00:08:04stay, but that he could no longer in any way influence the making of any
00:08:08decisions, how did it happen, Zlatko, that
00:08:11that... "how can we call him, let's say the Bosnian-Herzegovinian
00:08:14political spectrum, remained with tied hands, well,
00:08:18SDA is now attacking the trio and
00:08:22actually thinks that the dissatisfaction of citizens with the trio is
00:08:25automatically support for them, they are sorely mistaken and
00:08:29citizens know that SDA actually, while it was
00:08:32in power, created this system as it
00:08:35is, why are these pro-Bosnian-Herzegovinian
00:08:39politicians put in a situation where they can only watch and..." wonder
00:08:43and seek justifications for inaction, because
00:08:47they are blinded by personal interests, again I
00:08:50must give you an example, we will return, excuse my digression, to this
00:08:53unfortunate BHRT and these seven cultural institutions,
00:08:57just look at the adoption of the last budget,
00:09:0046 million was foreseen
00:09:03in the budget reserve and for the members
00:09:06of the presidency, at least those from the federation, to allow that
00:09:09budget to pass and for those two issues to not... I can't
00:09:13believe it anymore, but when you analyze that
00:09:16budget and when you see that they individually, I'm talking about all
00:09:20three members of the presidency, for the chairperson of the Council of Ministers
00:09:24they receive that on an annual basis, let the citizens
00:09:27listen carefully so that it doesn't seem like they didn't hear or didn't know, people
00:09:31spend on an annual basis individually 360,000
00:09:35marks for this year, for this and for
00:09:38the previous one, meaning first for lunches, dinners.
00:09:43No, that's just, among other things, it's giving to various associations,
00:09:47private assistance and so on, imagine that
00:09:5019 of them, holders of executive functions in Bosnia and
00:09:53Herzegovina, have spent or will spend
00:09:57over 7 million, 7 million, we watched
00:10:00the day before yesterday's announcement of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and
00:10:03Herzegovina, our winter Olympians received
00:10:07not a single mark, how can they not be ashamed, those things are not
00:10:11clear to me, and then when you ask them, Minister Hamidžić was not at
00:10:14the last session, I asked him, please explain to me on what legal
00:10:18basis you distribute that way, who authorized you, the citizens, to
00:10:22do that, do you know how... the citizens of our country earn that
00:10:26money, by what right do you spend 360,000
00:10:30in a year or deputy chairmen
00:10:33180 or ministers 90, how brazen
00:10:37are they the next day, even though he was not at the session, Minister Amidžić delivers
00:10:40an instructive act suggesting to them
00:10:43in this 26th year, please, for which the budget has not
00:10:47been adopted, not to overspend, to spend up to one
00:10:50quarter, they give instructions to ministers, do not spend 90,000,
00:10:54spend only two first.
00:10:56Well, imagine such arrogance and such brazenness,
00:11:00they can agree on those funds, even on
00:11:03some other things, we see what those funds are spent on, part goes to
00:11:07associations, a good part goes, I tell you, to feasting,
00:11:10to dinners, to drunkenness,
00:11:14then they show bills from hotels, restaurants where they weren't
00:11:17actually there to cover
00:11:20their drunken binges at the expense of citizens, but
00:11:23I perceive that as a problem, even though people here are very vain and
00:11:27egoistical, the trio has made a series of
00:11:31mistakes, for example one of those mistakes is that they allowed
00:11:34the appointment of this, pardon, the director of the Indirect Taxation
00:11:37Authority, that this tax collector came, why didn't they
00:11:41take that position, why now Minister Amidžić at the Fiscal
00:11:45Council does not want to speak at all when it comes to
00:11:48the new distribution of financial resources, is it that
00:11:51the Federation has been harmed for years by Republika
00:11:55Srpska, those are tens, I would say, hundreds
00:11:58of millions of marks that Dodik abuses in such a way
00:12:02that he uses those funds to destroy that state from which he takes those same
00:12:05funds, that is not a problem for people, instead of saying, yes,
00:12:09people, we made a mistake, we shouldn't have done it like that, okay, let's see what can
00:12:13be fixed, they simply sink
00:12:16from problem to problem, these problems remain unresolved,
00:12:20on the other hand, we have a blockade of this House of Peoples from which
00:12:23nothing can pass."
00:12:26"Here they keep repeating to us that they are for a European path,
00:12:29which is a complete lie, that is, my dear people, a complete lie,
00:12:33I will try to explain to you what happened at the last session,
00:12:37then with this somewhat inappropriate
00:12:40action, I am talking verbally, in practical
00:12:43action there are really no consequences, no one cares what anyone does, nor
00:12:47can you bring anything, you cannot pass a single law
00:12:51in that House of Peoples, nothing that is normal for citizens."
00:12:56they don't get paid, but they take their salary, here is the last
00:12:59session, since I've started talking, allow me, do citizens, I
00:13:03have a feeling, well, we are in the
00:13:06opposition there, that they sometimes understand us, they put 63 items
00:13:10on the agenda, which is fine, against which we are not
00:13:13within one item,
00:13:1674 reports from agencies
00:13:19to assess their work, whether it is legal or
00:13:23not, so there is everything imaginable. so as not to waste citizens'
00:13:26time, we agreed to propose some laws that have been
00:13:30in procedure for a long time, for which everything is conditionally
00:13:33finished, only for them to pass in the House of Peoples, one of those laws are these laws on
00:13:37VAT that have been stagnant for three years, and I tried
00:13:41to explain to people, colleague Nešković who proposes it, that it is more
00:13:44important for us, a more important law to relieve citizens of paying
00:13:48VAT on bread, milk, medicines, textbooks and so
00:13:52on, than their law on the court and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV), which
00:13:55has been stagnant for two years, they are not able to pass it, it's uncomfortable for people
00:13:59not to hold sessions and when they schedule a session
00:14:02not to have it due to quorum, then they take
00:14:06salaries, you are also in that House of Peoples of the state
00:14:09parliament, you and your colleague from the Party for
00:14:13BiH are actually declared
00:14:17the most active delegates
00:14:20in the House of Peoples, you
00:14:23Džemal Smanje." "but here, is
00:14:26it uncomfortable what I'm asking you, but I have to,
00:14:30how is it to take
00:14:33a salary for something you haven't
00:14:36done, well, I don't know, you have to ask
00:14:40them, you come to work, you told me in the last show, every day,
00:14:43that's right, very rarely, today I had one colleague with me,
00:14:47I didn't see anyone else, so you see them eventually when
00:14:51there's a session or when they have commissions or committees, although these representatives."
00:14:55of the government rarely attend those commissions, I said last time in all three
00:14:59commissions I am a member of, as long as these
00:15:02two parties block the House of Peoples in this way, there is no
00:15:06need for them to call me to those commissions at all, because we are not
00:15:08their service, we are the service of citizens, when they start working in
00:15:12the House of Peoples they can call, but these blockades are obviously a political
00:15:16strategy that works, so nothing happens so that citizens
00:15:19and our entrepreneurs understand, that is a very important
00:15:23issue in Bosnia and Herzegovina, listen. now one of those laws that
00:15:27we proposed, which was not on the agenda, which their partners
00:15:30or our partners did, meaning the American administration did it,
00:15:34of course in cooperation with our institutions,
00:15:38and this famous law on electricity and the introduction of
00:15:41carbon taxes, where all that dirty energy, not only concerning
00:15:45electricity production, but also the metal industry where it will be
00:15:47taxed, we demand that that item on the agenda
00:15:51be put on the agenda, so that Mr. Čović would come out and threaten
00:15:55us how that is possible, but when the stock exchange is in
00:15:58Mostar, headquartered in Mostar, he will not pass any law and so
00:16:02on, and Mr.
00:16:05Vuković, and there were indeed two proposals in the procedure, one was from
00:16:09Mr. Smajić where it was foreseen that that stock exchange would be in Brčko, we asked
00:16:12Smajić, please, let's not complicate things, forget that
00:16:16proposal, let's go back to the proposal of the Council of Ministers, that man
00:16:19didn't even realize that it was about that proposal where the stock exchange
00:16:23is actually foreseen to be in Mostar, and people don't
00:16:26want that, and how do you explain that to our entrepreneurs,
00:16:30if you can imagine that
00:16:34they simply have no empathy for anyone
00:16:37"they have no empathy for the poorest segment
00:16:40of the population, they have none for the economy, then you
00:16:43ask me how they have empathy to take money for themselves,
00:16:47well, you should ask them, it must be such a brazen
00:16:50face that I can't
00:16:53believe it, these are such Methuselahs, often
00:16:56I discuss with colleagues on social networks, I think
00:17:00it would be best if we mummified some of them
00:17:03and they stay there until the end of their biological life,
00:17:07you told me that in previous shows that you investigated while you were
00:17:11the director of the Federal Police Administration, they will
00:17:14leave the scene, they will retire, it seems that they will not
00:17:17be held accountable, that they will laugh in your face in the end and
00:17:21say, my dear Zlatko, you chased us in vain,
00:17:25I will, I still stand by the position that most of them are
00:17:28prone to committing criminal offenses,
00:17:32unfortunately what happened in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the failure of precisely
00:17:35our judicial and prosecutorial
00:17:39bodies, now I am speaking for all of us, instead of
00:17:41using people from the international community, primarily the Venice
00:17:45Commission, to help us adopt a new law on the court and
00:17:49the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV), we do not know how to use that, what is controversial in those
00:17:53laws on the court and the VSTV, I mean, I can state
00:17:56my personal opinion, the law on the court, I will be
00:17:59brief, in order to avoid the opinion of the Venice Commission, first
00:18:03that law is not at all reform-oriented, in article
00:18:0613 of that... law they said that within a year
00:18:09a reform law would be passed, thereby contradicting the fact
00:18:12that we need it at all, and why are you passing it if it is not
00:18:15reform-oriented, and for that law they do not have the opinion of the Venice Commission and
00:18:18that is why they made it in the form of amendments
00:18:22and supplements, not a new law, so that they would not have to seek
00:18:25an opinion, because then people would say what is wrong with it. On the other hand,
00:18:29you have these amendments to the law on the VSTV, and both
00:18:33laws are in two
00:18:35formulations, at the parliamentary assembly levels,
00:18:39in my opinion, that law is also flawed, why is it flawed so that
00:18:42citizens can understand in fact, but
00:18:45I must simplify it in the best possible way, look
00:18:49at this, the problem is that they want to essentially
00:18:53exert political pressure on the selection of judges
00:18:56and prosecutors through amendments to the VSTV
00:18:59law, and you have something similar to what was recently
00:19:03adopted in Serbia, and now people from the judiciary
00:19:07and European Union institutions are rebelling,
00:19:10is it something like that, meaning
00:19:14eight professionals, judges or prosecutors, then you have four
00:19:17people who are not from that domain, you have two lawyers
00:19:20or attorneys, one from RS, one from the Federation, one representative
00:19:24of the parliament, and the Ministry of Justice, at the last
00:19:27meeting with those from the Venice Commission, the Dutchman who led it,
00:19:30a doctor of science, who really loves Bosnia and
00:19:33Herzegovina, I asked him, if we are
00:19:36going to... solve this to get rid of any political
00:19:40influence, I have nothing against these people sitting here,
00:19:44but they cannot elect judges and prosecutors, because
00:19:47tomorrow that lawyer will be in a conflict of interest, because maybe as
00:19:51I had a case in practice that a member of the VSTV is defending
00:19:55that Čović, I had that specific case and that
00:19:58is not normal, why is it not normal that citizens must
00:20:02understand that we must simply reach a phase when it comes to the work
00:20:05of the prosecution, meaning citizens should answer
00:20:09themselves, is it normal while you are conducting an investigation
00:20:12that the responsible prosecutor takes
00:20:1525,000 euros from the suspect
00:20:18and you report him to this UDT, that is the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor, and they tell you
00:20:22that they will investigate, that there is a basis, but that they will inform you within
00:20:25a year what happened to that prosecutor, is it
00:20:28normal that a woman you go to report, who is
00:20:31that, well I won't
00:20:35mention names so that I don't compromise them.
00:20:45The woman says: why did you come to me, I don't have time to do that, I say
00:20:49dear lady. That crime is prosecuted ex officio, if you don't have one, hire
00:20:53another prosecutor, no, no, I can't do that, imagine that
00:20:56answer, the third thing, the leader of the second
00:20:59organized criminal group at the trial says to
00:21:02the prosecutor, I bought you and your wife Carlo
00:21:06Colucci clothes from Italy, I brought you
00:21:09things, then he starts listing journalists,
00:21:12a police officer who informed me what you want to
00:21:15do, I paid for his wife and
00:21:19vacation. and so on, that no one deals
00:21:22with that issue, is that prosecutor still a prosecutor,
00:21:26yes, the fourth example, we are conducting an
00:21:30investigation where we had a protected witness, equipment, since we didn't
00:21:33have any, we borrowed it from Italy, we recorded
00:21:36the protected witness, we catch a judge of the BH court
00:21:39taking 200,000, everything
00:21:42recorded one by one, the judicial
00:21:45council rejects the evidence because
00:21:48of noise. Can you believe that? Later
00:21:52that person continues to advance, so
00:21:55there are countless examples in practice, but for example one of
00:21:58the international prosecutors, what I want to say is that they were not immune
00:22:02from bribery and corruption, uh, the woman did not know that a man
00:22:06who was convicted in the first instance, meaning convicted to a prison sentence and
00:22:10a fine, we still kept him under measures and the man
00:22:13carries 250,000 euros to bribe her and throws the money
00:22:17out the window on the road between... central, between Tuzla
00:22:21and Sarajevo, and when the woman found out that she was doing that, she left her job
00:22:24and returned to the country that sent her, nothing happened, so that
00:22:27cannot be, meaning that
00:22:31story, their inaction must come to an
00:22:34end, to finish, it can be resolved, it was resolved in Romania, it is being resolved
00:22:38in Albania, so it can be done when, of course, this woman in
00:22:41Romania is now a prosecutor when it comes to
00:22:44these European institutions,
00:22:48recently, my recent experience, please, I reported this Dodik twice,
00:22:52twice the prosecution replied to me, once one
00:22:55prosecutor, the second time two, so that I wouldn't
00:22:59think there was some national connotation, and
00:23:03people or women tell me, as if I am
00:23:06mentally challenged, that what he is doing is freedom
00:23:09of speech, then I file an appeal and say, my
00:23:12dear people, that it would not be freedom of genocide,
00:23:16that's right, war crimes and so on, I say High Representative, you have
00:23:20a law where that is sanctioned, meaning a person cannot
00:23:23do that, another thing is that for them to give that
00:23:27criminal act the character that I requested, they say the
00:23:30act of violence was missing, so what do you want from me when he says that
00:23:34I should take a club and beat him, right, then there would be elements of a criminal
00:23:38offense, these are such nebulous answers that I
00:23:41really cannot comprehend, and is it
00:23:44shameful to have some problem in that prosecutor's office of Bosnia and Herzegovina every five days,
00:23:47they are not there, I think. 10 if I'm not mistaken,
00:23:5155, well, that's a shame what's happening, the chief
00:23:54prosecutor is under attack now, victims' associations are demanding his
00:23:58removal, will the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council remove him?
00:24:02I really don't know, they will probably initiate some procedure, but what is
00:24:05important for citizens to know, we are in this law, that is very
00:24:09important, maybe a more important question than this previous one, we asked that their
00:24:12work ability assessment be introduced into the integrity check of only this property,
00:24:16you, sir, have no indictment. negative rating, finally
00:24:20in the transitional provisions, every prosecutor who has a negative rating should be introduced,
00:24:23so you can't do that, meaning if you haven't
00:24:27done anything for one, two, five years, then what are you doing there? Did the prosecutor's office ever answer your criminal complaint that
00:24:31you filed last year regarding blockades precisely in the House of
00:24:34Peoples? I made a criminal complaint against
00:24:37Špirić and, if I'm not mistaken, three additions, I never received
00:24:41any written response from anyone. Are there elements of a criminal offense? Well, of course,
00:24:45purely. Pure, pure abuse of official
00:24:49position. Uh, I think that, given that they
00:24:53are trying to justify it by saying that they were given that right by the constitution, which is absolutely not
00:24:56true, it doesn't say anywhere in the constitution that they have the right to protect
00:25:00national vital interest in that way, so that
00:25:04you protect your own chair, well, that's unprecedented.
00:25:07I'm glad that the other day, you reminded me of this, we were supposed to
00:25:10have this gentleman Vuković at one of the sessions, that's very important and it's related
00:25:14to it, mhm and they didn't want to. And explicitly allowed
00:25:17the man to replace a colleague who left, and Vuković came in her place, and they
00:25:21invoked the vital national interest in that matter. Yesterday or
00:25:25the day before yesterday, an answer came that they were not right, that it has nothing to do with
00:25:28vital national interest, because the man is from the Serbian people,
00:25:32how will a Serb
00:25:36harm a Serb's vital national interest? So, in
00:25:38essence, we are dealing with ourselves so that we don't deal with
00:25:42the betterment of the lives of the citizens of this country, and while that lasts,
00:25:45they use resources, take money. Salaries, money from the
00:25:49budget and so on, drivers drive, budget blockade,
00:25:53political strategy that succeeds, but they can agree on those
00:25:56things, that's very interesting. But when it comes
00:25:59to doing something for the country, for our workers, or
00:26:03I don't know, for the sick, today is the day of these people suffering
00:26:06from cancer, I asked them at the last session, I understand that you spend
00:26:10that money, I understand that we have so many people
00:26:13sick with cancer, in our institutions, if you don't
00:26:17fear citizens, if you don't fear public opinion, well, they don't fear
00:26:21journalists, so do you believe in God, do you fear God, can you
00:26:25ask one of our border police officers, whose wife can't raise
00:26:29the money, for her to help her with 20,000, which she needs for
00:26:32medicine, after she has already given 200,000?
00:26:36It's missing, of course, it's terrible, today we also did a lot
00:26:39of stories about the lack of support for cancer patients,
00:26:43but also for other serious diseases, but since you are mentioning
00:26:47the border police and other police
00:26:50services, you told me in the last show how bad it is for
00:26:53the country that hundreds of policemen are missing in the border police, here is new
00:26:57information that actually one hundred policemen will soon retire in
00:27:00various police agencies, that there is no plan
00:27:04to hire new ones, what kind of chaos will that be? That problem has been going on since 2017, and first, for that
00:27:08problem, the leaders in those agencies are to blame, because they
00:27:12are, they get paid to take care of strategic
00:27:16planning, meaning every leader, every one of those police
00:27:19agencies, he was obliged to foresee what would happen in one, two, three,
00:27:23five years, that's why strategic planning is done,
00:27:27now and those who were... doing that in every possible way, they were
00:27:31obstructed by politics,
00:27:34why, because I'm talking primarily about these two parties, the axis of
00:27:37evil, it is in their interest that in every segment, and in
00:27:40that one, there is as little state as possible, the softer
00:27:44the border, the fewer policemen, the greater
00:27:47the crime, or the greater the possibility tomorrow, God forbid, that
00:27:50someone moves from some direction to some point from
00:27:54point A to point B, that no one stops him, that members of
00:27:57the armed forces of other countries can
00:28:01enter here as they please some other things happen that
00:28:05there is no beginning, we have to take a break, I have to ask you this, uh, that
00:28:09if those whose mouths are full of Bosnia and Herzegovina do not
00:28:12wake up, a great evil could happen in that
00:28:16context when you say foreign soldiers patrolling
00:28:19and so on, should Bosnia and Herzegovina fear
00:28:22the intensive arming of Serbia, but also
00:28:25of Croatia, while the armed forces have weapons
00:28:29on a drip, the armed forces of BiH, regardless of their
00:28:32capacities that are questionable
00:28:36from an international aspect, because they have certain obligations regarding
00:28:39the Dayton Peace Agreement and Annex, which they signed, but now to
00:28:42water down that story, I think considering
00:28:46the strength that Serbia primarily had in '92, now it's
00:28:49nowhere near, so we don't
00:28:52need to be particularly afraid of them in that
00:28:56context, however we must direct
00:28:59our capacities in that direction so that
00:29:03we uh deal with a defensive or defensive
00:29:05strategy, we should not spend money on
00:29:09certain means that cost tens of millions,
00:29:12so that we don't have basic things when it comes to, for example,
00:29:16air defense, when it comes to drones, when it comes to
00:29:19anti-tank defense, so these are all things where
00:29:23we could have made a very big step forward, especially through
00:29:26our companies, the defense industry, however, it is obvious
00:29:30that we still lack knowledge,
00:29:33strategy, focus, we are committed to all
00:29:36that to get out of this problem, there is no danger threatening us,
00:29:39indeed, I think there are enough of us, so
00:29:42I don't believe that someone who would dare to commit aggression tomorrow,
00:29:46that aggression would be successful, he must step
00:29:49here, and to step here, by God,
00:29:52not to express myself rudely, he must be very brave. So I don't believe that
00:29:56can happen, Hungarian special forces will cross
00:29:59here, in this never clarified
00:30:03story, how is it possible that Hungary opens
00:30:06a counter-terrorism center on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically
00:30:10near Banja Luka, and no one knows anything about it, no one
00:30:13has a clue who gave consent, everyone says "not me", completely, if
00:30:17that's how it is as you say, journalists have already asked me about it
00:30:21and explain to me that in fact Hungarians are building some kind of
00:30:25center. "That is not possible under our regulations, in fact it is not
00:30:28possible without the consent of the Presidency, i.e.
00:30:32in this case the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if it concerns
00:30:35police officers of the Ministry of Security,
00:30:38that cannot be done, every action in that sense is illegal, and what if
00:30:41it is done, if it is already in progress, then the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina should
00:30:45take measures within its jurisdiction, well it will, just as it does
00:30:49and it should, it should probably, since..."
00:30:53poduzme mjere i svoje nadležnosti, pa eto baš će kao što poduzima
00:30:56i trebalo bi, trebalo bi vjerovatno evo pošto..."
