00:00:32Hello, dear viewers, I am Haris
00:00:41Mrkonja, you are watching sports news on
00:00:45N1 television. Balondor and L'Equipe have included BiH
00:00:48national team player Kerim

00:00:53or rather, in the selection for the best young player in the world. Besides
00:00:56the Bosnian-Herzegovinian player and Juventus member, there is also Bar.
00:01:02And Lamine Yamal. Also on the list is newly-signed Real

00:01:10Bouadi from and Manchester City midfielder found his

00:01:46Harry Kane, Lamine Yamal, Rodri, Michael Olise and
00:01:49Vinicius Junior. In the women's competition, Aitana

00:02:07day of the league phase. Six matches are on the program.

00:02:37Crta warns against the second round of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The coach of Željezničar had the opportunity to watch
00:02:41Sarajevo against Radnik, then in Mostar, as in the last match
00:02:44against Borac, and noticed certain changes in the city rival's game.
00:02:48Muslera sent a special message to the fans of
00:02:51Željezničar, from whom he expects great support in the derby.
00:02:54The match Željezničar-Sarajevo will be played on Wednesday at
00:02:576 PM.
00:03:02It's true that in the first match I watched when I was in Mostar, I saw
00:03:06a team that was quite disjointed when it came to defensive and offensive
00:03:09tasks, but against Borac I saw a more organized
00:03:13Sarajevo, more or less, but I'm not too worried about them,
00:03:16I'm focused on what we need to do and what we have to
00:03:19do, if we follow our ideas, we will have more chances to
00:03:23win
00:03:24points.
00:03:30Football club Sloboda Tuzla has reached an agreement with
00:03:33Edis Mulalić, who will be the new head
00:03:36of the coaching staff of the first team for the rest of the season. During his
00:03:40playing career, Mulalić made as many as 322 appearances for
00:03:43Željezničar, with whom he won three titles of Bosnian and Herzegovinian champions, two
00:03:47cups, and three Super Cups. He also played for Bayern in
00:03:50Erdingen, Eintracht Frankfurt and Tošk. As a coach, he led
00:03:54Željezničar, Mladost Doboj, Kakanj, Rudar Pljevlja,
00:03:57Titograd, Dečić and Igma. Konjic, Mulalić
00:04:01will be officially presented at a press conference before the match
00:04:05between Sloboda and Zvijezda Gradačac.
00:04:08Good news for the end. The best Bosnian-Herzegovinian para-swimmer
00:04:11Ismail Barlov achieved a notable result on the first day of the European
00:04:15Senior Para-Swimming Championship, which is held in Istanbul, by winning
00:04:19fourth place in the final of his discipline. A member of the swimming club
00:04:22Speed competed in this in his new class
00:04:25SB3 after just a day before the start of the competition
00:04:29he found out that he was... in the international classification placed in a higher
00:04:32category, despite the change of class and significantly stronger competition, Barlov
00:04:36managed to secure a high fourth position, which
00:04:39represents a great success in the new circumstances.
00:04:43The current vice-champion from the Paralympic Games in Paris expressed
00:04:46satisfaction with the achieved result, especially considering that he
00:04:49competes against significantly stronger
00:04:51rivals.
00:04:56Yesterday I found out that I got a higher class. Besides
00:05:00international classification,
00:05:02this is a very good result, fourth place, at this moment I am satisfied.
00:05:06That's all for sports news, don't forget that

00:05:25Tomorrow, our country will have sunny weather with a moderate increase in cloudiness during
00:05:29the day, which in Bosnia in the afternoon may lead to local
00:05:33showers. Let's look at the predicted
00:05:35temperatures.
00:06:00You have been following the news, find more news

00:06:05evening.
00:06:42Good evening, you are watching N1 daily news, I am Maja Žeželj, this is the news
00:06:46of the day.
00:06:49The European Union corrected its reaction to yesterday's
00:06:53funeral of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić. For
00:06:56the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen,
00:06:59the scenes from the funeral were shocking. Will the
00:07:03European Union take concrete
00:07:05measures?
00:07:09Regarding your question on the next steps, we are considering
00:07:14it. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina ordered
00:07:18the expulsion from the country of two officials of the Serbian Embassy
00:07:22and stopped the signing of several agreements
00:07:25with our country. The Chargé d'Affaires of the Serbian
00:07:28Embassy in London was also
00:07:31summoned.
00:07:34And these are the other news and topics in
00:07:36the daily news.
00:07:40The President of Serbia is awaited to call early parliamentary
00:07:44elections, his deadline expires in two
00:07:46days. Meanwhile,
00:07:49the use of public resources in the official
00:07:53campaign of the ruling
00:07:54party.
00:07:59The minimum consumer basket in Serbia shows that it is
00:08:03difficult to survive, prices are rampant, and
00:08:06the reality, how much we need for basic foodstuffs,
00:08:10is worrying.
00:08:13Fire on Suva Planina, the situation today is
00:08:16more favorable, but wind and inaccessible terrain dictate
00:08:20extinguishing.
00:08:23Wednesday, the warmest day of this week, temperatures up to
00:08:2636 degrees, from Thursday cloudy with a drop
00:08:30in temperature.
00:08:35A day after convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić was buried
00:08:39with military honors and the presence of state officials.
00:08:42From Serbia and Europe, sharp reactions are coming,
00:08:46the presidents of the European Commission and the European
00:08:50Parliament, Ursula von der Leyen and Roberta Metsola, as well as
00:08:53the President of the European Council Antonio Costa, reacted. They
00:08:57state that the public glorification of war
00:08:59criminals is incompatible with European values,
00:09:03that it is an insult to victims and their families, and that a
00:09:07country that is a candidate for membership must respect the judgments of
00:09:10international courts.
00:09:12Will there be concrete consequences for Serbia? The European Commission
00:09:16says, "We are considering it."
00:09:19Formally and legally, the funeral of Ratko Mladić was not a
00:09:22state one, but the coffin with his body was brought from The Hague by
00:09:26a Serbian government plane. With Mladić's
00:09:29family, the Minister of Justice Nenad Vujić was on the plane.
00:09:32The national flag was placed over the coffin, and the coffin
00:09:36was carried by members of the Serbian army. A commemoration for the war criminal
00:09:39was held at the Army Hall, an institution under the Ministry of Defense, then
00:09:43a part of the government also came to the funeral,
00:09:47i.e., several ministers.
00:09:51Ratko Mladić was buried with military
00:09:53honors.
00:09:55For Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission,
00:09:59the scenes from Ratko Mladić's funeral were
00:10:01shocking. Elements of official support and the presence
00:10:05of certain high-ranking Serbian officials at the funeral
00:10:08are deeply regrettable. They show a failure to confront
00:10:12a dark chapter of recent European history and are
00:10:16contrary to the values on which Serbia's path to
00:10:19the European Union is based. After such harsh words
00:10:23from her boss, yesterday's statement by European Commission spokesperson
00:10:27Ana Paula Pinho that Ratko Mladić's funeral was not with
00:10:30state honors, apparently no longer holds true, which is why reporters
00:10:34at a briefing in Brussels asked whether the European Union
00:10:38would take concrete measures after the
00:10:40funeral.
00:10:44As for your question about the next steps, we are considering
00:10:47it.
00:10:51What is being considered is obviously the announced arrival of Ursula von der Leyen
00:10:55in Belgrade. At this moment, I cannot confirm
00:10:59or deny any details of such a visit. If
00:11:03she comes before the elections
00:11:06to visit Serbia, then that is direct support
00:11:09for the authorities in Serbia, and we will interpret it that way.
00:11:13It depends on how many reactions and
00:11:16pressures there will be still. And reactions
00:11:19are mounting. The European Parliament's rapporteur for Serbia says that
00:11:22the European Union should not relativize this event,
00:11:26commenting that Serbia chooses its own path. Tonino
00:11:30Picula reminds that the European path also means accepting European
00:11:33values, which are, however, contrary to the glorification of war
00:11:37crimes. Serbia cannot simultaneously claim that membership
00:11:41in the European Union is its strategic goal, and tolerate
00:11:45or institutionally accompany the glorification of people
00:11:48convicted of the most serious war crimes. Serbia, says
00:11:52its Minister of Justice, participated in the organization of the funeral of Ratko
00:11:55Mladić only to the extent that it had to secure the gathering
00:11:59of such a large number of people, that the question of military
00:12:02honors would turn out to be a matter of choice. He was
00:12:06buried with the honors that belonged to him,
00:12:09for which the family
00:12:12also decided. In which country is something
00:12:15like that possible? In one whose government, this
00:12:19time too, N1's interlocutors note, carefully
00:12:22balanced so as not to disappoint its
00:12:25voters, but not to anger the European Union, meaning he told
00:12:28them, you know, I wouldn't want that, but Serbs are crazy, they
00:12:32want it, I have an election campaign, that's how I imagine those
00:12:36private conversations that happen with
00:12:38Europeans
00:12:40uh, they tell them, we don't want to, we have
00:12:44to, we wouldn't, but well, Serbs are like that, so that's
00:12:47that political project,
00:12:50what do students think about all this as the biggest electoral competitor to the government?
00:12:54Do they think that General Mladić deserved any
00:12:58honors? When asked by N1, they replied that they
00:13:01had no comment. Maja Nikolić N1,
00:13:05Belgrade.
00:13:07And due to the organization of yesterday's funeral of Ratko Mladić, the Minister of Foreign
00:13:11Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, took
00:13:14actions in accordance with his powers. Two officials
00:13:18of the Serbian embassy are being expelled from
00:13:22Bosnia and Herzegovina. Konaković justified the decision by stating
00:13:25that, in addition to the Presidency of Bosnia and
00:13:27Herzegovina, by law he has the right to declare diplomatic
00:13:31and non-diplomatic staff in foreign
00:13:34missions undesirable. He announced that
00:13:37Bosnia and Herzegovina will withdraw from several agreements, such as
00:13:41for example, the joint declaration on good-neighborly relations
00:13:45that was supposed to be signed in Montenegro. Konaković believes
00:13:48that it is impossible to sign such a declaration,
00:13:51where Serbia should also be a signatory, which, as he
00:13:55says, has returned to
00:13:56the 90s.
00:13:59Milan Dulanović, military attaché of Serbia at the
00:14:03Serbian Embassy, and Darko Maksimović, advisor,
00:14:06representative of Bje, have 48 hours from
00:14:092 PM to leave Bosnia and Herzegovina. Um,
00:14:13we will, of course, cancel all these diplomatic cards, they
00:14:17are no longer diplomatic staff in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we call on and
00:14:20warn the diplomatic corps in our country, that with these two undesirable
00:14:24persons. no further cooperation will be established in the field of diplomatic
00:14:28communication, personally let them do whatever they want, we have
00:14:32the police, I warn, I don't believe, they are experienced diplomats, that they will
00:14:35put themselves in such a situation that we have to physically
00:14:38expel them, it was an ugly picture, but it's up to them
00:14:41to decide. The British Foreign Office
00:14:45summoned the Chargé d'Affaires of the Serbian Embassy in London
00:14:49to convey to him that it condemns the commemorative
00:14:52activities on the occasion of Ratko Mladić's funeral in Belgrade,
00:14:56the British government announced. British
00:14:59Minister for Europe Lord Wood of Enfield stated
00:15:02that Mladić, as a military commander,
00:15:06directed crimes that are among the most severe in Europe since the Second
00:15:10World War. The statement points out that
00:15:12political leaders and institutions have a responsibility
00:15:16to look to the future, not to the past, and to act
00:15:20in a way that contributes to regional reconciliation, not
00:15:23to reopening old wounds.
00:15:25food.
00:15:27American congressmen Greg Murphy and Mark Veasey during
00:15:31their visit to the Potočari Memorial Center in Srebrenica,
00:15:35called for the re-imposition of sanctions on officials who
00:15:38deny genocide and glorify individuals
00:15:41convicted of war crimes. The congressmen were on an
00:15:44official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina and yesterday visited
00:15:48the memorial center together with director Emir
00:15:51Suljagić. We call on the administration to fully
00:15:55implement existing mechanisms of American sanctions,
00:15:58including the re-imposition or imposition of
00:16:01targeted sanctions against individuals whose actions
00:16:05jeopardize the peace and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and undermine
00:16:08the framework of the Dayton Agreement in accordance with the law on
00:16:12democracy and prosperity of the Western Balkans, stated
00:16:15the American
00:16:16congressmen.
00:16:19The regular session of the Niš City Assembly began this morning
00:16:23with a minute of silence in honor of Ratko Mladić. Some
00:16:27opposition councilors, because of this, while the tribute was being paid,
00:16:30left the assembly hall. The President of the Niš Assembly,
00:16:34Darko Nikolić, otherwise from the SPS, said that "they paid
00:16:38tribute to General Mladić with a minute of silence because they believe it is a
00:16:41civilized act. I don't think it matters
00:16:44whose proposal led to that decision. What matters is that we
00:16:48paid tribute to the General in a dignified manner," Nikolić
00:16:52answered a journalist's question about who proposed that the session
00:16:55begin with a minute
00:16:57of silence.
00:17:00And after the reactions due to the tribute to Ratko Mladić at
00:17:03the Red Star - Partizan match and a minute of silence
00:17:06before the match, as well as the OFK Belgrade -
00:17:10IMT match, Sport Klub learns that the hosts of these
00:17:13matches will be punished. Sport Klub writes that this was done
00:17:16without the consent of the Football Association of Serbia and
00:17:19the Serbian Super League community. Red Star
00:17:22and OFK Belgrade, as hosts, unilaterally
00:17:26organized the tribute to Mladić before the matches.
00:17:30While the players stood at the center before the two matches, the referees withdrew and thus
00:17:33confirmed that ... behind the minute of silence
00:17:37there is no community of Super
00:17:41League clubs. It is announced that disciplinary proceedings will certainly be initiated
00:17:44against Red Star and OFK Belgrade due to,
00:17:48as stated, poor organization of
00:17:51the matches.
00:17:55The query that N1 sent to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in
00:17:59Belgrade, ended up in tabloids. Journalist
00:18:03Predrag Popović, because of a legitimate journalistic
00:18:06question, was in Informer, B92, Politika,
00:18:10Novosti Kurir, presented as
00:18:13an auto-chauvinist Serb-hater who
00:18:16allegedly demands the arrest of Serbs. The Independent
00:18:19Journalists' Association of Serbia condemned this targeting campaign, which was
00:18:23launched after N1's portal published an article
00:18:26about the lack of reaction of institutions to the glorification
00:18:30of Ratko Mladić during the last football eternal derby.
00:18:33Nuns demands that the prosecution immediately determine who
00:18:37had access to Popović's email, how its
00:18:40content reached the media, and whether anyone
00:18:44employed by the prosecution was involved. Journalist
00:18:47Predrag Popović asked whether proceedings had been initiated
00:18:51regarding the events at the stadium, bearing in mind the provisions of the Criminal
00:18:54Code relating to the public approval,
00:18:57denial, or significant minimization of the severity
00:19:01of genocide. No answer to that question
00:19:04came from the prosecutor's office.
00:19:08And in the continuation of the news,
00:19:09watch.
00:19:13After the removal of the show "24 Minutes with Zoran Kesić"
00:19:16from the program of Nova Television, media
00:19:19associations called for a rally in support of the show's
00:19:23team. Perhaps this is a process of
00:19:26educating others for us. Be careful what you say, because it can easily
00:19:30happen that you, like these 15 families, remain
00:19:33without a job.
00:19:37And before that, about elections and the campaign
00:19:40that started with the ruling party.
00:19:44At Nemanjina 11, the first step was made towards
00:19:47calling early parliamentary elections, but the second one is still
00:19:51awaited, i.e., the step that the president of the state
00:19:54must take, and his deadline expires on
00:19:57Thursday. From the observation mission Crta,
00:20:00they warn that the election race is entered without
00:20:03institutions responsible for protecting voters' rights, while
00:20:07the ruling party is largely conducting an official
00:20:10campaign using public resources for elections that
00:20:13have not yet been officially
00:20:15called.
00:20:17Tick-tock, tick-tock, the clock is ticking at Andrićev venac.
00:20:21Only 48 hours are left for the president of the country to
00:20:25decide whether he will call elections in which he will run for
00:20:28prime minister or maybe not, but the campaign before
00:20:32the campaign is already well underway. Crta recorded more than 400
00:20:36activities of top state officials in August alone, every fifth
00:20:39activity of a public official had elements of abuse of
00:20:43public office, that is, circumstances in which it was
00:20:46not clear whether uh...
00:20:50whether the office holder was acting
00:20:53from the perspective of a state institution or from
00:20:56the perspective of his position in a political party. As for
00:20:59appearances in the central news program of the public media
00:21:02service, last month the government received as much as
00:21:0598% of the time, while the opposition
00:21:08was left with 2%. The President of the Republic of Serbia
00:21:12Aleksandar Vučić himself occupied half of the total time in
00:21:16RTS news, and that time is...
00:21:20almost four times greater than all the time the president
00:21:24of the country received in the presidential campaign of 2022,
00:21:27and his naturally positive
00:21:30portrayal increased almost threefold. Crta
00:21:33warns that these elections are met with an atmosphere of complete
00:21:37breakdown of control mechanisms, abuse of the security
00:21:40apparatus, blackmailing voters, unauthorized surveillance
00:21:44of the opposition and activists, and the non-governmental organization
00:21:47Transparency Serbia states that... The current electoral
00:21:50conditions, regardless of the implementation of some of the
00:21:53recommendations, are worse than they were in
00:21:562023. So what awaits us then? We can
00:21:59expect
00:22:02the authorities to use
00:22:04force and violence
00:22:07to impose on this nation
00:22:11their electoral victory, no matter what, if
00:22:15necessary, even by nullifying those elections if
00:22:18the results are not to their liking.
00:22:21Speaking of which, the parliamentary opposition is currently divided into two
00:22:25columns: the Platform for a European Serbia, which includes
00:22:28the Freedom and Justice Party, the Heart of Solidarity, and the People's
00:22:31Serbia, which includes Aleksić's NPS, the New Face of
00:22:35Serbia, the Ecological Uprising. The Green-Left Front
00:22:38and DS will support the student list, and the Movement of Free Citizens
00:22:41will do so if a united opposition
00:22:45front is not formed. Nenad Nešić. N1
00:22:49Belgrade. While waiting for the opposition to
00:22:52go to the elections, who will be
00:22:55on the student list, the SPS today
00:22:58at the main committee decided to go to the elections in
00:23:01a coalition with three other parties, and Žana
00:23:05Bulajić is following all this for us. Žana, with
00:23:08whom is the SPS going to the elections and what other decisions were made at
00:23:12the main
00:23:13committee?
00:23:17Maja, regarding those parties, the United
00:23:20and Green Serbia have somehow been
00:23:24long-standing coalition partners, at least when it comes to the SPS. The Social Democratic Party of
00:23:26Serbia, I would say, is the new member of this
00:23:29trio. These are the four parties that
00:23:33will go to the upcoming elections together. What could be heard was
00:23:37that the socialists' assessment is that they could start collecting signatures
00:23:40as early as Friday or Saturday in order to be,
00:23:44as they wish, on the ballot
00:23:47in second place. I say, that is
00:23:51a decision that was awaited, at least as far as the socialists are concerned. We heard
00:23:55in previous days and weeks from the president of the SPS,
00:23:58Ivica Dačić, that he would go to the elections independently,
00:24:01or, as I say, in addition to their previous
00:24:05coalition partners, the party headed by
00:24:09Jug Radivojević will also be joined. What
00:24:12the socialists also announced is that they will continue to
00:24:16insist on preserving Serbia, as they said, and
00:24:20improving social justice. The session of the main committee lasted
00:24:23approximately less than two hours, and what is interesting is that it was
00:24:27completely closed to the public. Previously, the introductory
00:24:30speeches of the party president, usually Ivica Dačić, were
00:24:34open to the public. This time, the socialists met completely behind
00:24:38closed doors. Here's what Dušan Bajatović told us after
00:24:41the end of this session.
00:24:44Who will you run with in the elections? What do you mean, who will we run with?
00:24:48We're going alone? Just kidding, we'll be with
00:24:52SDS, uh, United Serbia
00:24:54and uh, the Greens Movement, so
00:24:58that's the decision, the decision is unanimous,
00:25:01everything that we needed to decide in terms of running in the
00:25:04elections, we have decided, and now there is simply a short negotiating
00:25:08process, I assume that
00:25:10the activities will be able to start in terms of collecting signatures and submitting
00:25:14the list on Friday or Saturday, we are ready for that, I mean, would
00:25:18you talk about Branko Ružić? No, the statutory commission decided
00:25:22that and I don't see much interest in
00:25:24that.
00:25:28It's not like the main committee didn't talk about Branko Ružić, namely,
00:25:31what Dušan Bajatović claims is that there was not much
00:25:35interest, but what
00:25:38was certainly mentioned where Branko Ružić was mentioned is that
00:25:42the Main Committee noted the resignation of this former
00:25:46vice-president of the SPS and long-time member of the SPS.
00:25:50several times also a minister from the ranks of the
00:25:53socialists and not only
00:25:57his resignation, but several members of the main board who, after
00:26:00Branko Ružić's expulsion, and I will remind you that this decision was made by
00:26:03the statutory commission of this party, dissatisfied with such
00:26:06a situation, decided to
00:26:09resign themselves. I will also remind you that Branko
00:26:12Ružić, after this decision of the statutory commission, among
00:26:16other things, said that he had the impression that this decision was made elsewhere
00:26:20not here on Studentski Trg in some way.
00:26:24and that the socialists no longer represent an equal partner
00:26:27to the progressives, but some kind of branch
00:26:30of the SNS, so these are..." "in short, these were the decisions that
00:26:34the SPS made today, I say surprisingly behind closed doors,
00:26:38usually it's in front of cameras and in front of
00:26:40the media. Žana, thank you, you heard our
00:26:44Žana
00:26:44Bulajić.
00:26:48How much can the so-called minimal consumer basket cover the
00:26:52cost of food for the entire family? Prices on the shelves
00:26:55in Serbia are skyrocketing, and reality shows that they do not
00:26:59match statistical calculations. Of what
00:27:03the state thinks is the most basic cost for
00:27:07food, for mere survival, a
00:27:11family in Serbia must allocate 26,000
00:27:13dinars per month, that's how the Ministry
00:27:17of Trade calculated the allocation for food in the
00:27:21minimal consumer basket. These are the most basic,
00:27:24cheapest products, all for survival, nothing for
00:27:27the soul. A three-member family does not eat
00:27:30statistically. They come to the store
00:27:32again and again, and there's always something in the basket
00:27:35they didn't plan. We will try to check how sensitive the household
00:27:38budget really is. To illustrate the minimal consumer
00:27:42basket, that's approximately two grocery trips a week,
00:27:46neither of which should exceed 3,000. We have
00:27:49a detailed list with all the prices, and we'll try not
00:27:53to exceed the planned expenditure. Sava bread is not available, so we'll take
00:27:57the cheapest white toast, one milk
00:28:00also on sale, yogurt
00:28:02as a mandatory item, for breakfast modestly,
00:28:06plain pressed ham, maybe also one pack of
00:28:10hot dogs, one must eat
00:28:13vegetables, a kilogram of potatoes, no longer in the
00:28:16calculation, the same amount of onions, for lunch
00:28:20sweet cabbage is planned, the child must eat some
00:28:24fruit, the cheapest apples. Searching
00:28:27for cheaper products is exhausting work, but
00:28:31oil is necessary. a kilogram of sugar, sometimes
00:28:34a package of rice will be needed, let's have something for
00:28:37the soul, 100g of coffee, flour is needed to
00:28:41knead something, beans when the stomach
00:28:44desires something specific, meat is on sale, goes into the
00:28:48basket, everything we bought for mere
00:28:51survival would cost significantly less in, say,
00:28:55Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Croatia,
00:28:58countries of the European Union, a study by the Fiscal Council showed
00:29:02that food prices in Serbia are almost on average for the entire
00:29:06union, which includes Balkan neighbors, but also some of
00:29:10the richest countries in the world. That study
00:29:13states that it refers to meat,
00:29:16milk, eggs, sweets,
00:29:19jam, oil, so the prices of those products that
00:29:22we use in daily life are higher than
00:29:26the average prices in far more
00:29:29developed countries of the European Union. Why is food
00:29:32in Serbia so expensive? As they
00:29:35say, on the way from the field to the table, everyone
00:29:38tries to profit, higher prices are built up along
00:29:42the entire chain, from agricultural producers who are
00:29:46stifled by poor agricultural policy and inefficient
00:29:49production, to traders who, in addition
00:29:51to that, want to earn. That then leads to
00:29:55an unequal market competition, or
00:29:57unequal, unequal negotiating power among all
00:30:01those in the chain. In the end, we
00:30:04as consumers pay the price. Let's see
00:30:08how much of a bill we made, with a prepared
00:30:11list, tracking prices and watching every dinar
00:30:15spent.
00:30:19We missed by a full 700 dinars. We calculated
00:30:23that the cost would be up to 3R, however, every trip to the
00:30:26store surprises. In other words, this week we will
00:30:29be able to eat more than the state thinks we
00:30:33need to survive, and next week, whatever
00:30:36happens. Miodrag Sovilj, N1
