00:00:01we, the Info Hause Foundation, in cooperation with
00:00:05EED from Brussels, are actually running a campaign now.
00:00:09We are trying to tell women to be smart.
00:00:12We are not saying vote for
00:00:15unfortunately, and women, I mean, it's even stupid to force someone, but
00:00:19think smart, and when you vote for women, vote for women
00:00:23who have something to offer. We have had, over the last
00:00:2730 years, brilliant women who have...
00:00:30"done a lot of work. I would say in this mandate, I could have joked a little with
00:00:33salt, I mean, I'm serious about
00:00:37this populism, but I think
00:00:40Ms. Sabina Čudić is much, how would
00:00:43I say, more useful
00:00:46more functional in politics than many men we
00:00:50reached some agreement at know and who are now holding
00:00:53uh I recognize Ms. Cvijanović as
00:00:56much more rational than Mr.
00:01:00Dodik. Ms. Borjana Krišto had
00:01:03several brilliant , shining moments during
00:01:07this uh uh mandate now in the
00:01:10Council of Ministers, if nothing else, cooperation with the European
00:01:14Union was decent and successful during her
00:01:17mandate and so on and so forth. What is actually
00:01:21important to me is that women realize that
00:01:24when voting, it can be a true
00:01:27matriarchy, matriarchy. They
00:01:30do not vote only for that candidate
00:01:34against someone, but to vote for the future of their family. We first
00:01:38think of others, then of ourselves.
00:01:40Men, especially politicians, no, so I am not
00:01:44generalizing, always think only of themselves. This is shown by these
00:01:47campaigns, this is shown by the fact that we
00:01:50must admire them, this shows with what force
00:01:53they approach work, generally I could go on like this, but the
00:01:57show doesn't last, yes, just briefly for the end. "Do you believe that
00:02:01in this campaign, economic topics will prevail, not just
00:02:05hate speech, that has already been proven, nationalism
00:02:08and hate speech. Many will say that somehow all
00:02:11parties were served, the moment of death of
00:02:14a convicted war criminal, but why wasn't it served to us two, we
00:02:18two had a lot to say about
00:02:21the events in Belgrade in recent days, but we have
00:02:24responsibility towards the public, we have responsibility towards
00:02:28ourselves, why isn't it served to us?" Why aren't harsh words, obscure
00:02:31statements, insults,
00:02:35disparagement, mm,
00:02:38why are they not served to us as journalists? I even on
00:02:41public, I on my social networks don't allow myself that,
00:02:45because I know I have some, I have 5,000 followers so I have
00:02:49some small responsibility. So nothing is served to them, they
00:02:52are simply like that, greed, desire for power
00:02:56they don't choose the means how they will get to it, it's excellent. How would
00:03:00I say, a political moment, but every moment is excellent for them. So
00:03:04here I primarily mean Mr. Dodik who is
00:03:07a champion of impoliteness
00:03:10and a champion, how would I say, both Dodik and Vučić and the opposition itself from
00:03:14Republika Srpska, but now oh
00:03:17Republika Srpska has some opposition
00:03:21on paper it has to be said that it has yes, well I saw that opposition
00:03:25last night was dealing with a video
00:03:27of this gentleman Vuković riding, so much for
00:03:31fields. seem more like the surface of the opposition, yes, Ms. Kurt, thank you very much, I think your
00:03:35analysis was interesting to the viewers, thank you very much
00:03:38for this analysis, I am sure we
00:03:42will see each other after the elections and we will have more to say, we are alive and well,
00:03:46thank you very much, dear viewers, that was journalist Senka Kurt, stay with Dan
00:03:50uživo.

00:05:28The plenum of the Logistics Consortium of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in coordination
00:05:31with representative associations of road
00:05:34carriers from Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia, announced that joint
00:05:38regional protests of the transport sector will begin on September
00:05:4114th at border crossings towards member states of the European
00:05:45Union. The protests, as announced by the consortium, will be organized
00:05:48due to the lack of a concrete and sustainable solution for the problem
00:05:51of limited stay of professional drivers from Western Balkan countries in
00:05:55the Schengen area. In this regard, we have
00:05:58Nikola Brković, a member of the Logistics Consortium, Mr.
00:06:02Brković, good day, welcome to the N1
00:06:04program. Good day, thank you very much
00:06:08for
00:06:10calling in. Is this, Mr.
00:06:14Brković, the final decision regarding the protests, given that, as we can see,
00:06:18during the day there are certain meetings between
00:06:21the carriers themselves, so here in Serbia as well as in Bosnia and
00:06:25Herzegovina, some bans on blockades have been announced, so what information
00:06:28do you have at this
00:06:29moment?
00:06:33Uh, we, as us, from the logistics consortium
00:06:37of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are determined
00:06:40in our agreements and
00:06:43everything, however, as you know, this protest was announced as
00:06:47regional, where Serbia is the main
00:06:49coordinator for other countries, and we have
00:06:53nothing to hide, Serbia with its geographical and
00:06:56economic status is the strongest country
00:07:00in the region, so we all depend
00:07:02on that joint
00:07:06appearance and coordination, however, there have been changes
00:07:10and yesterday, as we received information, the Republic of
00:07:14Serbia had a meeting with the European Commission
00:07:17where four countries participated, these are
00:07:20Greece, Slovakia, Croatia and Romania,
00:07:24and they obviously
00:07:28received some positive information.
00:07:31The European Commission at that meeting promised them many
00:07:34things, so today
00:07:38voting is taking place among other cantons
00:07:41in... the Republic of Serbia, whether
00:07:44everyone is for going out to protests or to
00:07:47wait until those promises of the European
00:07:51Commission are fulfilled. What I can say is that we are excellently
00:07:55organized, that we already have
00:07:59the number of vehicles and coordinators and everything,
00:08:02however, we will wait for the final decision of the Republic of Serbia because this
00:08:06protest was announced as regional from the beginning, so
00:08:09we don't want to make this... exceptions
00:08:13or some things so that it
00:08:16doesn't seem that only we want to protest
00:08:19and therefore we will follow what
00:08:22the other countries say, so either
00:08:26we go out together or most likely we won't
00:08:29go out either if, for example, Serbia abandons that crossing the
00:08:32borders, uh, therefore these other two countries, North Macedonia
00:08:36and Montenegro, will not go out either, and you yourselves said somewhere
00:08:40that if Serbia does not agree to that, then there is absolutely no
00:08:43sense for these other countries to go out, if I understood
00:08:47correctly. Yes, that's true, so that's
00:08:50one of the reasons for our motto and our
00:08:54policy, so we are not those who want to destroy the economy
00:08:57or cause any
00:09:01delays anywhere, so our interest is absolutely not that, in
00:09:04the end, we are causing huge damage to ourselves,
00:09:08this is what citizens need to know
00:09:11that... "the problem is not solved
00:09:14and if we don't go out to protest,
00:09:17we won't be able to perform our
00:09:21regular daily tasks every
00:09:25day, so what will
00:09:28happen next, I'm honestly interested, so
00:09:31what is the factual
00:09:34situation, uh, none of us has
00:09:37a concrete solution or anything except promises, as before,
00:09:41however..." "for the first time the European Commission
00:09:44has turned our attention to,
00:09:48has brought to our attention that they are aware of our problem, they have rejected it
00:09:52a lot, so these are some
00:09:55of our current positions
00:09:57that we simply wait for
00:10:01other countries, and if they give up, we will too, that is
00:10:04the factual situation, because what businessmen say
00:10:08is that we are doing this only for our own interest, well, let them..."
00:10:12"they themselves refute
00:10:15it in another way, if it's not like that, because
00:10:19the same businessmen will have no one to drive, I responsibly claim that if
00:10:23all our drivers are."
00:10:25returned from the borders or receive bans
00:10:29on exiting Croatia from Hungary, which is now
00:10:32the practice for the last month, as each driver
00:10:36approaches, more or less everyone has over 90 days,
00:10:40those 90 days are not difficult to fulfill at all, that's six months at
00:10:4415 days, and they count
00:10:47the last 180 days from the moment the passport is scanned,
00:10:51so our
00:10:54capacities are in this
00:10:57case either halved or completely suspended. Earlier
00:11:00it was said that these problems would be solved bilaterally
00:11:04between these
00:11:07countries of the region and countries of the European Union, now
00:11:10you mentioned that Serbia has generally
00:11:15the meeting, you mentioned Greece, Slovakia, Romania and Croatia,
00:11:19if I'm not mistaken,
00:11:21what is, do you have information what solution has been found at
00:11:25this moment? Mm,
00:11:29the solution has not yet come into force,
00:11:32so these are just promises, as they have
00:11:35promised us before with visas
00:11:38and all sorts of things, however,
00:11:41it is up to us to hope and we are not those who are destroyers of
00:11:45the state's economy, so Serbia,
00:11:49Serbia has said that they should be given
00:11:52another chance, although... "I believe they
00:11:55had more time, because the first process, as you know, was in
00:11:59January, before January many debates were held,
00:12:03many meetings, so I can freely say that this legal battle
00:12:06has been going on for more than two years, so
00:12:10I sincerely hope
00:12:13that something positive will happen so that we can finally
00:12:17get out of this agony, because as
00:12:20you know, we transporters have never gone on strike
00:12:23or made any protests, but
00:12:27only when we literally came to a wall, when we could
00:12:31no longer work,
00:12:34unfortunately, our state also has no understanding for
00:12:37that, because the mere fact that Serbia had a meeting
00:12:41with the European Commission, with embassies, means
00:12:45their country is
00:12:48obviously diplomatically much stronger than ours, because they managed
00:12:52to get a meeting, we are witnesses that... I wanted to ask you, Mr.
00:12:56Brković, have you in the meantime had any communication with the Minister of Transport and
00:12:59Communications of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Forto, so after this
00:13:03information that Serbia nevertheless managed to
00:13:06talk, that it was somewhere generally
00:13:10close to any agreement, has Mr. Forto tried to
00:13:14do anything with any other European Union country on that
00:13:17bilateral level?
00:13:21For now, no positive news
00:13:25from Minister Forto, as far as I know, he tried with
00:13:28the Republic of Croatia and what is true is that the Republic of
00:13:31Croatia has passed a law on foreigners in its parliament,
00:13:34which would allow us
00:13:37some kind of visas, however,
00:13:40that regulation has not yet been issued and as long as that
00:13:44regulation is not issued, those visas will not be able to be made, however,
00:13:47the same Republic of Croatia has
00:13:50promised members in
00:13:53the Republic of Serbia that... "if we don't go out to protest
00:13:57they will do something next week, but I say again,
00:14:00that is a conversation between
00:14:03the European Commission and the Republic of Serbia, not the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
00:14:07unfortunately, not a single politician has contacted us
00:14:10except Minister Forto when he came out with us to protest,
00:14:13and what I can see is that Minister Forto
00:14:16is very much aware of our problems, but
00:14:20I think he is powerless and
00:14:23it is too late." it started
00:14:27for any diplomacy to be activated and for diplomatic
00:14:29agreements to be created
00:14:33between us and neighboring countries, because
00:14:36this law dates back to 1995 and
00:14:40I believe that in 30 years it should have been resolved, just as
00:14:43cabin crew, pilots,
00:14:47train drivers and sailors resolved their status in Schengen, except
00:14:51us road carriers and drivers.
00:14:55Yes, Mr. Brković, nothing, so we are waiting
00:14:59for the epilogue of the meetings, primarily in
00:15:02Serbia, between their, as you call them, cantons, uh, and
00:15:05you will probably officially decide somewhere whether there will be
00:15:09protests on Monday or not.
00:15:11Of course, we are waiting for the official
00:15:14information from Serbia, we all have that unofficial information,
00:15:18everyone has contact with someone,
00:15:21but what we primarily want,
00:15:25since Serbia is the one that organized all
00:15:28this, is to go with a regional
00:15:31approach, we will wait for their final
00:15:35decision and see what we will do next.
00:15:38"I mean, let's not lie, Bosnia and Herzegovina, already
00:15:42from the previous period we saw that we are not diplomatically,
00:15:45nor geographically
00:15:48important at all as Serbia, unfortunately, I say again
00:15:52unfortunately, because it is very disheartening that
00:15:55our diplomacy is not recognized anywhere in the world,
00:15:59it's not just Minister Ford, you have the Minister of Foreign Affairs and
00:16:03relations, who I am now publicly asking, what happened?
00:16:07Which minister worked for any driver who was
00:16:10arrested? So we witnessed literally
00:16:13our drivers were arrested 50-100 meters away
00:16:17and no one reacted. So our politicians react excellently
00:16:20when there is
00:16:24intolerance in the region to raise political tensions, we are
00:16:28first there, but when we need to do something concrete, they are nowhere
00:16:31to be found. Yes, Mr. Brković, we are following the situation, of course,
00:16:34we will inform the public, as you inform
00:16:38us media. Good luck, and thank you very much for joining the show
00:16:41Dan uživo. I would like to take this opportunity to once
00:16:45again commend your television, because you have been following us from the beginning and presenting
00:16:49the news exactly as it is, so
00:16:52a big thank you from the consortium, thank you. So
00:16:55dear viewers, that was Nikola Brković from the
00:16:59Logistics consortium.
