00:04:17that period cannot be considered an armed conflict in
00:04:20Kosovo, given that its cessation is considered from the
00:04:24moment when international forces
00:04:26arrived in Kosovo, but that does not mean that... So,

00:04:33courts to deal with this issue and
00:04:37the prosecution of these war crimes, this certainly refers

00:04:5114 municipalities in Kosovo and in two locations

00:04:58And Sanja, the verdict is now here, what are the reactions, what happened

00:05:04That's right, Nataša, the verdict, which
00:05:08is a first-instance verdict, an appeal
00:05:12procedure follows. Namely,
00:05:15within 30 days, not from the pronouncement, but from the written delivery
00:05:19of the verdict, the accused have the right to appeal.
00:05:22After that, there is a period of 60 days for
00:05:26the appeals panel to respond, so in the next couple of months, we can
00:05:29expect a final
00:05:33verdict, and what the defense
00:05:36has already announced is that they will appeal. That is
00:05:40one of the reactions of Hashim's lawyers. The former president
00:05:43and political leader of the KLA said that he was shocked
00:05:47by the verdict, that
00:05:50it was predetermined, that the evidence presented
00:05:53by the defense was not taken into account, but only that which was
00:05:57presented by the prosecution.
00:06:00And also,
00:06:03therefore, an appeal is announced. The chief prosecutor
00:06:06of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo says that
00:06:09this verdict is very important. I saw
