00:06:50so many health centers, I can responsibly say that in our
00:06:54canton, there are 20% more
00:06:57employees in healthcare per capita
00:07:00than in all other cantons of this country. This is
00:07:04our problem. The director of the institute said, how difficult
00:07:07the financial situation is, but he also
00:07:10said that we are not the only ones in such a situation, but
00:07:14considering what I said, on the one hand,
00:07:18it justifies this current financial situation in the healthcare
00:07:22system.
00:07:25The cantonal government is responsible for
00:07:27the construction and equipping of our healthcare institutions
00:07:31with almost 50 million convertible marks, but

00:07:41standards. Our university clinical hospital is no longer a hospital
