00:06:18first of all, we have elections now, we have a chance, every election is a new chance, a new

00:06:26government, I think it did
00:06:29relatively uh, despite all the blockades it
00:06:33experienced, it did a relatively good
00:06:36job. As for
00:06:39new political structures in... "I just
00:06:43said what the criteria must be. The criteria must be a secure future, the criteria
00:06:46must be those forces that are ready to build a common
00:06:49future. Bosnia and Herzegovina
00:06:53has nothing else left. That
00:06:56common future must be oriented towards
00:06:58progress, it must offer
00:07:00solutions, not just regarding
00:07:04national interests, emotions, and so on, but real
00:07:07solutions. Take, for example, the infrastructure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it

00:23:03concern is coming from. That's that's the risk that that people are talking about.
00:23:07Yes, the technology is intrinsically
00:23:10unreliable, it occasionally invents things, it does things
00:23:13wrong, it's inconsistent. So

00:25:15for for a sort of full safety policy. So there is a
00:25:18global race to develop
00:25:20superintelligence,
00:25:23and that will bring all sorts of benefits as well. There is risk, but it
00:25:27will also potentially bring all sorts of benefits to humanity, solving
00:25:30problems, advancing science, solving medicine. So it's
00:25:34right to to want to advance AI, and
00:25:37any regulation that slows down AI that's only limited to
00:25:41one part of the world risks the other parts of the world advancing
00:25:44ahead. So it's a legitimate
00:25:47problem, and the only way that is international.
00:26:02I you know, the the AI systems of today are not a threat to humanity. The
00:26:06concern is about what will happen, particularly with
00:26:10advancements in AI, and particularly with AI advancing
00:26:13itself. So this is also one of the concerns is that AI is now

00:30:55is held by Sivi dom, the radio television building and the Old House in Vratnik,
