00:20:59that at a public higher education institution, a teacher's
00:21:03employment contract terminates due to retirement at the end of the academic
00:21:07year in which the teacher met the conditions for the termination of the employment

00:21:13of course uh therefore, the urgent
00:21:17adoption of this law is necessary so that this... right can be exercised
00:21:21already in this current academic year,
00:21:24so October 1, 2026,
00:21:28precisely because of retaining the top experts in
00:21:32the system for full professors in permanent appointment, professors of vocational studies
00:21:36in permanent appointment and scientific advisors in permanent
00:21:39appointment, the possibility of continuing to work until the age of
00:21:4367 is prescribed, and I emphasize, this is
00:21:46not about one, two, three, or five
00:21:50people, but about a whole host of our prominent
00:21:54scientists and experts, for them it is

00:22:07this problematic urgency, the urgent procedure under which
