00:29:29of financing healthcare is not sufficient for them to have
00:29:33such conditions, primarily material and in some parts working, so that they can
00:29:37be completely satisfied and not need to look for another
00:29:40alternative. An additional problem is the large difference in doctors' incomes among
00:29:44cantons, according to data from the Federation of Professional Unions of Doctors
00:29:48of Medicine and Dentistry, currently doctors in
00:29:51Sarajevo Canton, Tuzla and Zenica-Doboj are among the best paid,
00:29:55while the incomes of their colleagues in other cantons are up to 30% lower. Such
00:29:59differences, they warn, do not only lead to departures abroad, but to
00:30:02migrations of doctors within the federation, to where conditions and
00:30:06incomes are more favorable. mm, the reasons are, on the one

00:30:51is needed, as well as finding new sources of funding, without such
