00:03:24program involves the participation of over 40 medical
00:03:28and health professionals, and additionally, a specialized track
00:03:32is being implemented for approximately 20
00:03:35participants who will be qualified as national trainers capable
00:03:39of transferring knowledge and expertise and continuing
00:03:42training efforts in this field. On the sidelines of
00:03:45the program's launch, Hallar Hospital signed an
00:03:49agreement with the International Committee of the Red
00:03:52Cross. This agreement aims to strengthen national
00:03:55capabilities regarding preparedness and response to
00:03:58CBRN and explosive-related incidents,
00:04:01and to enhance the readiness of health personnel

00:06:01applicant must pay the prescribed percentage electronically through
00:06:05the system. The contract concluded through the electronic
00:06:09system shall be binding on both parties before the
00:06:12competent authorities. The Ministry reserves the right
00:06:16to cancel the application, should it be established that the eligible
00:06:20applicant has failed to make the financial payment within the
00:06:23prescribed periods. The Ministry noted that no
00:06:27application submitted prior to these announcements or submitted
00:06:33the specified period, or
00:06:36which does not include the required attachments stipulated
00:06:40shall be considered. The Ministry also outlined that the
00:06:43process of notifying eligible applicants and selecting
00:06:47Hajj companies for them will take place in three
00:06:50stages. The first stage runs from October
00:06:5321st to November 11th. The second
00:06:57stage from November 16th to November
00:07:0022nd. And the third stage from November
00:07:0324th to November
00:07:0527th.

00:10:13The survey results revealed that the total number of workers
00:10:16participating in experimental research and development
00:10:19work in the Sultanate reached 33,
00:10:22355 29 workers during
00:10:262025. The data clarified that the
00:10:30private sector accounted for the largest percentage of total
00:10:34workers in experimental research and development
00:10:37activities at 42%, followed
00:10:40by the government sector at 32%, and the higher
00:10:43education sector at 26%.

00:12:46North Ash Sharqiyah Governorate is witnessing continuous
00:12:50development in exploration and
00:12:52investment activities, leveraging the diverse mineral
00:12:56wealth of the governorate. 34 mining licenses in
00:13:00North Ash Sharqiyah work on extracting a diverse range of
00:13:03mineral resources, including copper, chromite,
00:13:07manganese, marble, and construction materials.
00:13:11These investment opportunities are offered through the Taka
00:13:14platform. Al-Washi Mines
00:13:17is one of the most prominent mining projects in the
00:13:20governorate, with estimated geological reserves of
00:13:2416.1 million tons. The mine
00:13:27aims to produce approximately 3,500 tons of
00:13:31copper concentrate annually. The Ministry of
00:13:34Energy and Minerals is working to expand
00:13:37exploration and mining activities by developing
00:13:40mineral concession areas with the aim of
00:13:43transforming the governorate's natural resources into
00:13:47sustainable value that benefits the local community,
00:13:50enhances the governorate's
00:13:52competitiveness.
00:13:57Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry marked four years
00:14:01of transformation at its "Partners in
00:14:04Achievements" forum, alongside recognizing its
00:14:07sectorial committees. The Chamber announced a

00:14:52rules with the Central Bank and we have
