00:00:00why are we trying to shoot down a drone that cost
00:00:04of
00:00:05of 1,000 um dollars with an anti-aircraft missile that
00:00:09costs
00:00:14of
00:00:15of a you know $5000 something a along those lines but in my opinion this is where it becomes strategic i think for
00:00:19saudi and others that the market that they could export that both
00:00:23turkey and
00:00:24of south pakistan um is finds
00:00:28itself very well in south. Arabia, but moreover, I think since Saudi
00:00:32Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan also want to develop relations more, this
00:00:36is now an opportunity to begin to develop the
00:00:40technological relations as well, and I think this is
00:00:44something that because they know the region best than anybody else, so
00:00:48this is something I think it just expands the horizons on this aspect as
00:00:51well, few months ago Saudi Arabia about you, was in
00:00:55of discussions and probably about
00:00:58turkish. air aircraft as well, fighter
00:01:02jets, and so you see the diversification
00:01:06of military procurement that Saudi Arabia
00:01:08of is
00:01:08of is undergoing, and this only means stronger
00:01:12relations with others, and this
00:01:13of in this case, it's Turkey and Pakistan.
00:01:17Absolutely. Dr. Algasan, also if we take a look at the new
00:01:21security order that is of course different developing every single day and now this
00:01:25fact, how would US look at this, is
00:01:27a it complementing the already US led? security environment
00:01:31or is it
00:01:32you know bringing in some kind of new design? yeah, no, no, I, I, I
00:01:36don't think this is anti-US or
00:01:39or something the United States should be should
00:01:43be worried about. in fact, I
00:01:45of think this is something the the Saudi, this is something
00:01:48of the United States should be actually welcome, you know,
00:01:51of both Saudi, all of Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan are
00:01:55strategic partners, strategic allies actually
00:01:58of for uh... the united states and
00:02:02to have arguably in this region
00:02:06the
00:02:06of three most
00:02:09of you know the three the three partners that have the
00:02:12most kind of weight if you like in the region
00:02:16to work together uh and to
00:02:20coordinate far more is in my
00:02:24of opinion uh strategic for the United States because this
00:02:27in means this reduces some
00:02:28of the burden theoretically. reduces some
00:02:30of the burden for the United States and this trilateral
00:02:33framework can then provide um options for the
00:02:37United States that they are
00:02:39of doing lot
00:02:43of of the heavy lifting where the United States is simply there to
00:02:44of to support which is what the United States and the security establishment in the United
00:02:48of States want but there is another side to this if
00:02:52the United States has actions like what they did
00:02:55in um in February
00:02:5928th of this. year earlier this year of attacking
00:03:02of Iran, then I
00:03:03of think this is a first line of defense. In my opinion, this is it
00:03:07defends, it's a defense against actions taken by United States or
00:03:11others in the region that could complicate the security
00:03:14of the region, so I think here you see attempt to really
00:03:18take control and influence the security
00:03:21of the region and to make the security
00:03:23of the region
00:03:27of more intrinsic, it makes it come from within the... region rather than
00:03:30influenced a lot by from outside
00:03:32of the region right? dr.qasan, also we
00:03:36have discussed in detail about the role of Pakistan, it brings in new
00:03:39diplomatic facet to the trilateral
00:03:41of agreement of that you mentioned, but could it really strengthen the diplomatic weight of
00:03:45Pakistan as well, as we all know that the crisis and the conflict in the middle east
00:03:49are all interconnected.
00:03:52of yes, yes, yes, it's certainly does and I think it when it comes to
00:03:55Pakistan, Pakistan's relationship with Saudi
00:03:59of Arabia and... the region in my opinion i think is is is
00:04:03very strategic but also very misunderstood and not not
00:04:06a relationship that many people i think pay attention to, think
00:04:10in my opinion
00:04:11of now people will understand why and think in
00:04:15generally it
00:04:18of becomes
00:04:19a relationship that more and more people will begin to understand how and
00:04:22why, and this is i think
00:04:24the challenge that we have for this relationship, we
00:04:26of have to begin to explain why this relationship is very strategic.
00:04:30and what comes out of it? um, lot of people, we
00:04:34know how
00:04:35of strategic Pakistan's relationship to Saudi Arabia is, the
00:04:39military training that
00:04:40we received from Pakistan and the military presence that receiv from
00:04:43Pakistan, but we still need to define this more, we
00:04:47of still need to understand this more and we need to explain this more, and I
00:04:51think this is this is what's missing, and this is something that we need to work
00:04:55of on, right? Dr. We know that since decades
00:04:59golf. relied heavily on the security of US or
00:05:03western powers and now you just mention that it is good the trilateral
00:05:07agreement is good and strategic for us as well, how is that so for the gulf
00:05:11countries? and in my opinion, I think
00:05:14a more stable region, this is this is very good
00:05:18question, because I think for this the
00:05:21the the the stability of region is important, this
00:05:25relationship should increase the stability the region,
00:05:28however I think the other gulf states, why the
00:05:32other non saudi gulf states
00:05:36may may be may take some time
00:05:39before they join this, and the reason being is... because i think
00:05:43they are more than anybody affected
00:05:46by um being on the front line of other people's
00:05:50wars, and i think they will be, it will
00:05:53depend on how Iran sees this
00:05:56relationship, and in my opinion, they they simply do
00:06:00not want to be the front line of other people's wars, the entire region did not want
00:06:04to be the frontline of an American Iranian war, the
00:06:08small, the other gulf countries do not want to be the...
00:06:42them to welcome this, but at the same time they just simply, I mean this has to be
00:06:46understood, they do not want to be the front line of other people's wars,
00:06:50so I anticipate cooperation between
00:06:53them, we will see, we will see how Iran responds to this,
00:06:57this is what uh, I would say, right, thank you very much, Dr.
00:07:01Abdul Aziz
00:07:02al Khasan, Saudi foreign policy expert, geopolitical analyst for joining us, of
00:07:06course we would like to have you again in our show, we really appreciate your comments as
00:07:10well, Javat, coming to you, what is your take on the very significant
00:07:14trilateral agreement? this is something like a
00:07:18collective deterrance that the manifestation over we have seen in form the
00:07:21agreement and to bolster the collective security of all these
00:07:25three countries amid the ongoing tensions that we have seen in the middle east over the last
00:07:29five months, most specifically there is a one point that has already
00:07:33been talked about quite in detail with the earlier
00:07:37participant that this doesn't aim to be was giving us very
00:07:40clear saudi perspective and seem to be an
00:07:43agreement focusing on
00:07:47Iran, it's not anti Iran, so
00:07:51what the perspective that I have got with this is the
00:07:55bigger threat in the region is
00:07:58Israel, we've also seen there number of times when we have
00:08:02seen Iran also denying those attacks and it
00:08:06also pointed out categorically that there was certain false flag operations
00:08:10amid these high... extensions which are
00:08:13ongoing, so there was a categorical denial on the part the Iranians as well.
00:08:17now looking at the Israeli factor over here, there has
00:08:21been a lot of deterioration as far as the relationship between
00:08:25turkey and israel is concerned, there had been a
00:08:29lot of statements coming from both the sides, if you would
00:08:32allow me, i would quote those statements in quickly, because we have mr
00:08:36zaffar jaspal as well, i'll come back to you on this, we have been joined by
00:08:40dr zaffar nawaz jaspal. from Islamabad, thank you, foreign affairs
00:08:44expert, thank you sir for joining in, thank
00:08:46you, sir, we were engaged in conversation with
00:08:50jaw, you will go back to him, but right now, how do you look significance of this trilateral
00:08:54agreement? I think this trilateral agreement is
00:08:57very important agreement, it will be pivotal in
00:09:01determining the new security architecture
00:09:05the middle east, or you can say west Asia,
00:09:08Pakistan already is a part of this security setting the...
00:09:12middle east or you can say girlf, but with this trilateral agreement,
00:09:16it has been further strengthened. as you see that the multipolarity
00:09:20is there, there's a immense transformation in
00:09:24international politics, state or state was era is once
00:09:27again return, and in this these kind the alliances or
00:09:31minilateral security group grouping is unavoidable.
00:09:35i think turkia, pakistan, Saudi Arabia, you can say
00:09:39make very timely decision and they sign this
00:09:42Makacca defense agreement, primary focus
00:09:46will be on the safety the sea lines, because they have already agreed on
00:09:5030 July to cooperate in this context, but at the same time
00:09:54fighting against the non-state actors, all the these
00:09:58three actors are victim the non-state actors or proxies,
00:10:02so definitely they are going to cooperate with each other, like
00:10:06sharing the weaponry, sharing the best prac practices
00:10:10and supporting each other and my final take on
00:10:13this defense pact agreement is that it will be having
00:10:17a political, diplomatic, economic,
00:10:20military, you can say dividends for all the
00:10:24three. of this agreement. Mr.
00:10:28Jaspal, how do you look at the response coming from the Iranian side as we are
00:10:32very clear that this is not directed against any country and this is
00:10:36more like a military cooperation, economic cooperation as well,
00:10:40technological cooperation, but we haven't seen of course the response from
00:10:43Iran. How are we anticipating that? I think
00:10:47Irani response will be very much positive because when
00:10:51Pakistan and Saudi Arabia science the defense agreement in September.
00:10:552025 Iranians endorse it. I have just
00:10:59seen some things that Iranians are not worried because there
00:11:03is very important thing in this context. Let me
00:11:07justify why I'm saying it. For instance, Pakistan is
00:11:11the only trusted actor in this region on which Iran
00:11:14trusted and we can play a role of interlocator between Iran and Saudi
00:11:18Arabia. Since 2023 March Saudi Arabia and Iran's
00:11:22relations are a positive trajectory despite. this during the
00:11:25war despite Iranian striking on the American basis in Saudi
00:11:29Arabia Saudies refrain, however Saudies are fighting with the proxies the
00:11:33Iran or you can say some allies of sam these kind things can
00:11:37happen. the third country turkey has a good relations with Iran as well as
00:11:41with Saudi Arabia. I think this trilateral agreement,
00:11:44this alliance is such as which will be a good for dering, but it is
00:11:48not against Iran and all the three countries are
00:11:52sensitive about the Iran insecurities. Definitely Iranis also
00:11:56realize it, I am not expecting anything that Iran will
00:12:00be going to question or object. Secondly,
00:12:03Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkia, they are independent
00:12:07actors for the security, especially for the safety the
00:12:11sealands in the red sea where their trade and everything
00:12:15is at stick, 12% the oil trade passes from there,
00:12:18and then how the new things are emerging, there is
00:12:22natural that these kind of alliances will emerge. and I think the
00:12:26Iranians will be not afraid of this. Right, thank you very
00:12:30much, Dr. Zaffar Navaspal, just stay with us, because we will be moving to
00:12:34second program, which is about the latest development of US and Iran
00:12:38situation, we have seen latest military confrontation, and then statements
00:12:42coming from Washington that there are talks with Iran, Iran publicly denying
00:12:45it, and then there is a homos deal as well that might be in process with the
00:12:49Oman as well. Dr. Zafar, how would you comment any window of opportunity that
00:12:53we find for diplomacy between? US and Iran in the current
00:12:56situation, I think the window for diplomacy is always
00:13:00open, they did not close it, ratorically it
00:13:03seems close, but practically it was there, that's
00:13:07why you have seen that there is a stoppage the air
00:13:11strike. Pakistan has been maintaining with the patience, with the
00:13:14credibility and firmness, contact playing role
00:13:18of back channel, providing facilitating both sides and
00:13:22preventing the further escalation of a states leadership
00:13:26are victim their own rhetoric, Iranians are
00:13:30failing to lead their own nation because there is too much nationalistic forces
00:13:33and leadership is shy to lead them and they
00:13:37wanted and those nationalistic forces are demanding revenge from the
00:13:41Americans and within the United States what the president Trump mercury
00:13:45personality he has
00:13:47been making one step forward two step backward or something swinging
00:13:50like that is a problem but my understanding is that the
00:13:54new whatever is emerging as i said that already
00:13:58Pakistan has been playing playing the pivot role and even recently when
00:14:01President Trump threaten that is going to use a
00:14:05massive power against strikes against the Iran which Iran or
00:14:09world has never experienced since
00:14:10the second world war it means that he was threatening to use the nuclear it
00:14:14was not explicit but explicit but implicit threat
00:14:18like that Saudi Arabia approach the Americans
00:14:22and they said that and
00:14:24they asked them that that give a chance to diplomacy. I think
00:14:27Americans are now also hearing the rational voices in the
00:14:31US, in the region, and at the same time, same is in the case,
00:14:35so I am optimistic case in the case of Iran i am very much
00:14:38optimistic. Dr. Raspal, we know
00:14:42that there's a hormos deal also underway and their negotiations
00:14:46going well with Iran and Oman, do you think a hormous
00:14:50agreement is possible without the nuclear deal
00:14:54or maybe postponing? it, i think
00:14:57that this state of mos deal, they have just said
00:15:01that traffic which is going inside the gulf will by pass
00:15:05through the Iranians and going out through the omani channel, both
00:15:09are working on it and oman is playing very good role in this and i think americans are
00:15:12also you can say part of it, not explicitly but
00:15:16implicitly and this will be going to mature and
00:15:20it's good for the Iran, it's good for the oman, it's good for Pakistan, it's good for the entire
00:15:24world. but when you talk about the nuclear deal, definitely there will be a
00:15:28start. Iranians have said that we are ready to restart the
00:15:31negotiations where they were ended, I mean that the baseline would be the
00:15:35Islamabad memorandum of understanding. "and when the negotiations start
00:15:39on the basis of Islamabad memorandum of understanding, certainly in the technical level
00:15:43the talks, the first talks will be on the nuclear, Iran's
00:15:47nuclear program and Iran is willing to deal with it as
00:15:50responsible non NPT member state, and if they act
00:15:54as a responsible entity member state then there is nothing left,
00:15:58what the Americans are demanding, Iranians have already ensured that they have no interest
00:16:02in the making the or manufacturing the bomb, but if Americans continue
00:16:06with this kind of a thing" that one day they have a peace, next day they
00:16:09strike on Iran, then they will be strengthening the hardliners, nuclear
00:16:13optimist or nuclear hawks lobby within the Iran that may
00:16:17be not going to permit the Iran to act as a responsible member of
00:16:21nuclear non profession treaty, so we have to keep in mind these things otherwise
00:16:25i
00:16:25am very much you can say expecting that once state of hamus
00:16:29will open as now Americans are also saying next step will be that they
00:16:33start talking about the negotiation and you have to recall even in 2015.
00:16:37when JCPO sign is acted very rationally on the table on the
00:16:41nuclear and they are they are still prepared for
00:16:45right thank you very much dr zafar nawazpal foreign affairs
00:16:49expert for joining our show we really appreciate your time and your comments uh fatma
00:16:53shahin coming to you as Mr Jaspal said that they both sides
00:16:56are the victims of their own rhetoric how would be move towards
00:17:00initiation of any kind of peace that we are expecting I
00:17:04think the only same way forward min here would be that both sides actually
00:17:08step back for Trump I personally feel that they are very limited option and this is
00:17:11something which
00:17:12you know an article which became very popular online route is rightly so highlighted he
00:17:16either as the option to accept this Iran and Oman deal which
00:17:20would of course mean you know being criticized by the domestic American audience
00:17:24because all this while he is actually for this illegal unconstitutional war and
00:17:28then if he conceeds he has nothing to show back as clear victory the option that the
00:17:32other option that he has is then perhaps to you know keep
00:17:36on attacking which he practically cannot do because
00:17:38you know this war has placed a very big adent onto the American
00:17:42budget with regards to depletion their defense sources, and then of
00:17:46course the third option which is somewhere in the middle way would be that
00:17:49you know every here and there there are some kind of skirmishes and he exer some kind of a
00:17:53military control on Iran and just in the hope that they
00:17:57would conceed one fine day which apparently they haven't did now so I think at the end
00:18:01the day what the Trump administration needs to ensure is that at
00:18:05some level they will need to conceed they cannot... Iran and another white
00:18:09neam and I think in this way we also need to accept the fact that the
00:18:12IRGC in Iran is also in my opinion being very
00:18:16hard in base of that one we have been reports which actually suggest
00:18:20that one the reasons that Iran is actually prolonging this war is
00:18:24because they feel that the hardline IRGC they don't want to
00:18:28come back to the economic issues that Iran was actually facing that to
00:18:32before the war actually broke out all those protests that were actually taking
00:18:35out so that is perhaps something that Iran needs to let go of also by the
00:18:39way
00:18:40you know to perhaps a better genlin
00:18:42with its gulf neighbors because
00:18:44you know exercising strategic leverage on state of hormos which it might have
00:18:47established might long term actually alienated from the gulf so I think both
00:18:51sides need to take a step back and then of course we can't forget the
00:18:55spoiler role of Israel as always despite there have been several
00:18:59rounds of talks the most recent being in Rome we still see that
00:19:03Israel has completely
00:19:05you know refused to withdraw until unless the Lebany. larming takes in and then
00:19:08lebanon has its own set of problems, the seasfire violations continue there as
00:19:12well, hazbullah has been rejecting the seasfire there too, so I think at
00:19:16some level my head all them need to step back and all them need to give the
00:19:20other party some kind of leverage and whatever mechanism, my main
00:19:24concern would be that whatever mechanism or whatever revise is samabad
00:19:27mou or any other mou that we do actually come up with so
00:19:31as to you seek a peace deal it should actually cater to all kind of
00:19:34eventualities which is not open to you ' different kind of
00:19:38interpretations coming from from different countries because we are in this poor kind
00:19:42of situation because clause five particularly was actually
00:19:46subjected to different interpretations by different countries so it needs to be very clear and it
00:19:50needs to have very clear and enforceable mechanisms there right
00:19:53right right fatma shahin thank you for your comment jaward tahami coming to you as we were
00:19:57discussing the makka defense agreement how would
00:20:01that have the implications on the overall defense architecture the middle east right
00:20:05now connecting to the US and war okay, so there were
00:20:09number of points, if you allow me to just sh of
00:20:13light regarding as to the significance of that agreement, this
00:20:17trilateral pact this has happened is already was mentioned
00:20:20by our friend from Saudi Arabia giving us the Saudi
00:20:24perspective, it is clearly not aimed against Iran, the
00:20:28thing which I was already referring to is the Israeli factor, looking at
00:20:32the trajectory the bilateral relationship when
00:20:35we try to ask, why we know for fact
00:20:39there is already a defense agreement between Pakistan and Saudi
00:20:42Arabia, why would Turkia become the part of a
00:20:46trilateral agreement and that is key question that needs to be ponded over?
00:20:50right now, in my opinion it is because of that
00:20:53deterioration the relationship between turkey
00:20:57and Israel,
00:20:59the kind of statements, the kind of condemnation that we have seen over
00:21:02the past few years the brutalities and
00:21:05the scale of atrocities which have been committed by
00:21:09as well in Gaza, also when we talk about the
00:21:13statements coming from some the top leaders, for example the
00:21:16former prime minister said that
00:21:20"Turkey would be posing even bigger threat as compared to
00:21:24Iran, so this ongoing conflict between the US
00:21:28and Iran, we know for fact, it happened
00:21:31because the Israel convinced US to come and
00:21:35jump into this particular conflict after they were done from
00:21:39this particular front, Turkey had assessment that it is
00:21:43going to be them the next target as far as the Israeli doctrine is
00:21:47concerned, so looking at why..." Turkey would
00:21:51become the part of it and also not only that the former prime minister
00:21:54said that it would become a bigger threat than Iran
00:21:58rather the prime minister sitting prime minister Benjamin
00:22:01Netanyahu was the view perhaps there is
00:22:05emergence of a Muslim alliance over here in
00:22:09this particular region what I foresee is
00:22:13also one very important factor that needs to be mentioned over here we know for
00:22:17fact there was reproachma between Saudi Arab. Libya
00:22:20and Iran and that was mediated by China
00:22:24a few years back, we saw both reestablished the
00:22:28diplomatic relations, and Saudi Arabia has navigated through
00:22:32this US-Iran conflict very well, very pragmatic
00:22:36approach and very segacious approach on the part the Saudi leadership, so
00:22:40they didn't want to become or to be dragged into the into this particular
00:22:44war, but having said that, looking at the
00:22:47intentions the Trump administration. that you have just alluded to that
00:22:51he has given some sort of an optimistic statement right
00:22:55now that perhaps this particular war with Iran is nearing and end,
00:22:59but I a personal level don't trust on the very face of this
00:23:03particular statement because there is back and force, sometime
00:23:05he is being very optimistic, sometime he is not, sometime he is
00:23:08threatening with very harsh ratic to Iranians,
00:23:12given those facts, the kind of relationship between Turkey and Israel,
00:23:15also that reproachment between Iran and Saudi Arabia,
00:23:19also... "the kind of role Pakistan has played
00:23:23during this entire equation gives us an understanding,
00:23:26perhaps it's not Iran at the end the
00:23:29day that that is aimed through this particular agreement, it
00:23:33is in the longer run, perhaps the threat is being
00:23:37perceived and this is the vision the top leadership of all these three
00:23:40countries collectively, perhaps they are viewing something
00:23:44beforehand what is gna come from Israely
00:23:47side. right, thank you very much. Javat for
00:23:50this
00:23:51you know wonderful explanation that you gave us and the kind of dynamics that are
00:23:55going on and of course we know that all these things the conflicts are
00:23:59interconnected. Thank you uh Fatima for joining us. Ladies and gentlemen, this is
00:24:03about the US and Iran war, not only we see latest developments
00:24:06everyday, but there are still gaps, there are still a lot of
00:24:10complications that we need to see
00:24:13you know getting through the entire peace,
00:24:16illusion the peace that we are all expecting, but right now as we were talking
00:24:20earlier in this program about the Makka trilateral agreement, this
00:24:24is the most important for today's show because not only it will be changing
00:24:28the security architecture in the middle east, but of course Pakistan is involved
00:24:32and if you look at Pakistan's role, it has been involved in the mediation has been
00:24:36involved in the mou in the in the peace deal in the Islamabad talks
00:24:40and of course gaining the trust of both Washington and Tehran involved in
00:24:44SMDA and now this agreement which is a collective deterence basically
00:24:48which is not against drawn against. any country which is not anti
00:24:52Iran, in fact it complements the US security arrangement in the
00:24:55middle east as well. This is all for tonight show it's mahin signing off stay tuned to
00:24:59Pakistan
00:25:00TV.
00:25:33A very warm welcome to Pakistan TV, we should have
00:25:36clarity when we are going on air with something with facts
00:25:40etc. Pakistan, both live in uneasy
00:25:43neighborhood to work straight away by
00:25:46working.
00:25:50They have very successfully transformed PTV world into
00:25:54part TV do lot and we've seen that in in in other
00:25:57countries as also an opportunity to
00:26:01deliberately. most serious the state channels
00:26:04and very late it should have
00:26:06been to walk into Pakistan television and see the world class
00:26:09infrastructure to see world class people and
00:26:13to see the quality of work that is going on. I call the term
00:26:17AI and just
00:26:20recently.
00:26:24I'm very proud that Pakistan TV is being quoted in international
00:26:28mainstream media. I hope that we will be able to make huge impact in the
00:26:31future as well. and we will become this region's number one
00:26:35channel
00:26:51inshallah from the heart of south asia to the cross roads of central Asia from the turbulent
00:26:55middle east and north africa to the power corridors the west what
00:26:59India is doing is not bringing just
00:27:03in IWT or Indus water treaty into
00:27:05question, in terms of setting a president, it's
00:27:09bringing all treeties the world into into question, if
00:27:13India wants to deny water from the Indus river to the
00:27:17hundreds of millions of people in Pakistan, in my best
00:27:20judgement, it will be a all crime and it will be a crime against
00:27:24humanity. Pakistan is so well suited to play the role of
00:27:27mediator geographically and culturally
00:27:30and uh diplomatic. they understand both players and the
00:27:34United States and Iran have not had diplomatic relations for decades
00:27:38landmark um global water bankrupcy report warning
00:27:42about what is happening around the world and like you
00:27:45more and more basins around the world river basins
00:27:47occrifers um are exhausting the the water
00:27:51resources beyond the natural
00:27:53replenishment.
00:28:02No, we were not happy with him buying oil from
00:28:05Russia. If India doesn't buy oil, it makes it
00:28:09much easier, and they're not going to buy,
00:28:11they
00:28:18they.
00:28:53Uh, in the last two days, however, we've seen a change in target sets, uh,
00:28:57this now includes bridges, uh, this now includes port
00:29:00facilities. and clear remark that
00:29:04Pakistan is the strong regional player, is a
00:29:08peacemaker. Yes, of course there are signs, the signs
00:29:11that the two sides are trying to come each other, are
00:29:15trying to settle the differences. People who were delisted
00:29:19where in Muslim majority districts of
00:29:23West Bengal, these are new style of Jerry Mandering that was
00:29:27taking
00:29:27place.
00:30:09Hello and good evening, it is 5 pm on the clock and I am Rafi Sohel with the
00:30:13top stories the hour. Let's have
00:30:15look.
00:30:32Primer. Shahbar Sharif leaves Madina for Pakistan,
00:30:35concluding his successful visit to Saudi Arabia during which
00:30:39Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey sign the Makka joint
00:30:42defense agreement. The historic pact aims to strengthen collective
00:30:46deterence against any act of aggression.
