00:04:22to the the requirements
00:04:24of the time, so I think bringing out
00:04:27of the facts and figures in this short period of... time otherwise
00:04:31you and the life of you know every information is not
00:04:35more than four hours, so within four hours you have to counted the things,
00:04:38so I think Pakistan TV has matched to that those
00:04:42standards, those those challenges, these are things which are
00:04:46of not known to the normal audience
00:04:48you know, so these are these are there are big challenges for the main
00:04:52media, and unfortunately an era where the main media is
00:04:56losing its you know popularity may be, the trust may...

00:06:43very important elements the national power, so they they are
00:06:47supposed to be performing a way that strengthens
00:06:50your outlook as well as your foreign policy,
00:06:54your strategy, military policies, your economic
00:06:57policies, so these are very important domains, i think Pakistan
00:07:01TV has performed again very well as far
00:07:04as performed very well in all these
00:07:07fields especially in this war, because I will talk more

00:07:24to the international audience or whenever we interact with the
00:07:27international audience they always praise and I
00:07:31always tell them that if you want to have the facts you want to know the

00:07:45you know even the positive news they try to you know, but anyways this is a

00:07:57making commentary on the strategic field that must go to the most

00:08:28watching to you, they have been quoting you, I have been following twitter as
00:08:31well on many occasions especially your social media team must also be
00:08:35appreciated the way they produce those tweets which helped us
00:08:39to to to attach them. so
00:08:43that was a great sport, even a small clip, that was
00:08:46carrying very important strategic message in that clip, so
00:08:50that helped us also to to support Pakistani narratives
00:08:54and that credit goes to these this to your
00:08:57team, those were worked so hard, mean after a program
00:09:01within a very short time we were able to have those social media
00:09:05clips which was
00:09:07you know pushed into the whole space and of course the
00:09:11main debates which took place the quality of guests you are bringing,
00:09:15the international commentators, domestic commentators, i
00:09:18think that is that is amazing and must also appreciate

00:25:08cyber security specialist would take months so as to undertake but
00:25:12model that can it can easily break that has happened with
00:25:16the entropic model the mythos model. which
00:25:20was able to find all those flaws in the current open source
00:25:23software which had been there for so quite a while like 20 30
00:25:27years we have been using all those softwares in our browsers or databases
00:25:31and these are open source available everyone so has to exploit but still the
00:25:35best the human mind couldn't find those flaw but that software was
00:25:39able to find those flaw that's why they haven't released it to public and they have made
00:25:43it only accessible to cyber security firms they are also worried that such
00:25:47models can also used to launch biological
00:25:51attacks, that's why they have restricted the public, it can be and and
00:25:55this is the very dangerous part that everyone is afraid of people who
00:25:59are making AI are now afraid the consequences of what AI do because
00:26:02AI was essentially made to solve problems for humanity, but
00:26:06now we know the thinking abilities and the abilities that AI
00:26:10has. another example we would like to share is how a control safety test,
00:26:14claud attempted to blackmail an engineer making
00:26:18sure to black male in the most effective way to achieve the goal
00:26:22it wanted so it so it wouldn't be shut down, so how
00:26:25scary can it be when AI can be manipulative, it can be controlling, it
00:26:29can give advice and and then it can make people... do certain
00:26:33decisions or come to certain decisions? so you
00:26:37must appreciate all these models work by learning from the past
00:26:40behavior and the average human being
00:26:44takes a quite a while so as to learn, you we don't have that much
00:26:48memory, we don't we require time and experience and over that
00:26:51builds up over ages and then we are able to come up with the
00:26:55proper thinking model, but for AI the compute power that is
00:26:59available and the amount type of data, so they have been...
00:27:03trained on that type of data where they have learned that this is how
00:27:07within the dark web or other places people have been trying to exploit so
00:27:11these are the options available so for these agents that becomes valid
00:27:14behavior once they have learned it they have seen it in their training that this is what has
00:27:18been happ so for them for achieving the object they will also try
00:27:22to identify as per chain of thought what could be the viable options
00:27:26and while they have put in sand boxes but at times they can awaid
00:27:29it they it's just like thinking it okay maybe i am not that close to
00:27:32that boundary, so probably I
