00:04:02a framework agreement in Washington which was rejected as being

00:04:08of humiliation by
00:04:09of Hisballah Secretary General Naim Khassim. He argued that
00:04:13it conditions any zinus withdrawal a disarmament
00:04:16of the resistance and that it allows an extended Zionist
00:04:20presence in the country south. The Zionis defense minister

00:04:32areas up to several kilometers inside the border.
00:04:36Despite this, the Lebanese President, Joseph Aun,

00:04:43States. In his July visit to the White House, he declared that
00:04:47of Lebanon is counting on the US as its sponsor, but this
00:04:51is not prevented further strikes against Lebanon. On the 15th of
00:04:55August, the Zionis hit a house in the village of Ansar, killing
00:04:59of seven people. including three children and two
00:05:02of women of and later struck der Zarani,
00:05:06killing four more. Lebanese authorities recorded this
00:05:10as one

00:06:02Miller. David recently secured a far-reaching legal precedent. This
00:06:06made it illegal for employers to take disciplinary action against their employees
00:06:10for publicly opposing sionism. addition to his empirical research
00:06:14on saionism, David
00:06:15is also a co-director the lobby watch talk spinwatch and a senior research fellow at
00:06:19the center for islam and global destruction in south lebanon and explain what it
00:06:23shows about the zinish regime's true intentions in the south the
00:06:26country. well the scale of destruction in
00:06:30south Lebanon is almost
00:06:33unimaginable for most of us. this
00:06:36is an area that is 10-20
00:06:40times the size of gaza. that is occupied by the Israelis
00:06:44and they have been
00:06:46conducting total ethnic
00:06:50cleansing campaign in these areas, blowing up
00:06:53complete villages, destroying all historical
00:06:57sites and even
00:07:00uprooting the historic graveyards
00:07:04of this region, so over for instance just
00:07:08the last 24 hours, three
00:07:11villages behind the occupation line
00:07:14were completely blown up and this is bringing the
00:07:18number of villages that have been
00:07:20erased off the map close to
00:07:2430 villages right now totally wiped out like
00:07:28that since the occupation the
00:07:31area was conducted and
00:07:35the ceasefire came into effect so i
00:07:38think you know what the Israelies are doing is
00:07:43genocide and ethnic cleansing a large
00:07:46scale in south Lebanon, changing the even
00:07:50the topography the land, blowing up all hills and
00:07:54mountains from
00:07:56existence, this you triggered the speaker
00:08:00the house nabi, the head
00:08:04the amal party to make saying that
00:08:08the scale, saying that the scale
00:08:12of uh ethnic cleansing that is happening in
00:08:16south Lebanon is larger than that in
00:08:18Gaza. David, why is these the so-called june
00:08:22framework agreement failed to stop the daily zionist strikes in
00:08:26lebanon? well, I mean,
00:08:30you you don't make an agreement with the sanishist entity and expect that they
00:08:33will keep to it, they violate every cease fire every
00:08:37treaty, every agreement, usually before it's even come into
00:08:41effect, and of course that was... the same uh in Lebanon from June
00:08:44onwards we've seen uh lots and lots of footage
00:08:48the mass uh blowing up of
00:08:51villages of apartment complexes across the whole of
00:08:55South Lebanon and and it's been a very
00:08:58significant uh uptaken the tempo of some of those those
00:09:02activities uh but started off much more slowly in late
00:09:06June now of course they haven't had it all their away they they
00:09:09have had very quite heavy casuality. inflicted by
00:09:13hezballah over the the
00:09:17succeeding weeks and also of course they have tried their
00:09:21best to bring in Joani their
00:09:24asset in Syria to attack hisb
00:09:28seems to have been stopped by
00:09:32the Islamic Republic of Iran saying to Syria that it would not
00:09:35tolerate Syrian forces entering Lebanon and that it
00:09:39would directly strike
00:09:41uh Syria if they did. that so that's of course come off the agenda, but
00:09:45what we're seeing is attempt to uh make it
00:09:48impossible for the people of south lebanon to return to their
00:09:52villages because they will be so destroyed that there will be nothing left to
00:09:56to rebuild and that also they will they are clearing territory for what
00:10:00they call security zone but also of course will be uh put
00:10:03potential for new jewish settlements which of course
00:10:07there's already some evidence of that's happening although it's been quite difficult
00:10:11because the... uh the lack of military success they've had
00:10:15uh in their campaign to raise uh lebanese
00:10:19villages, i don't if you recall chris, but was in
00:10:22Lebanon now last year and went to the south right to the border
00:10:26actually to see some these villages, including one called
00:10:30kafaakila, i was the first uh me and
00:10:33dimitri Lascares were the first western journalists to get there and it was
00:10:37almost entirely destroyed and you could the designers had only left three days
00:10:41before and it was almost entirely destroyed and they carved a
00:10:45massive star of David
00:10:46in the in the middle of football pitch which we saw from the hills above it, it
00:10:50was just truly awful and of course they continued with that kind of activity indeed
00:10:54if anything. escalated it into um the mass uh bombing
00:10:58campaigns the they've uh undertaken against particular villages and
00:11:02apartment blocks you know you
00:11:05mentioned there you can't trust the the
00:11:09zionist to stick to a treaty it kind of reminds me what we now
00:11:13know about other settle colonial projects like the
00:11:17United States of of America for example which made numerous
00:11:20treaties with the native Americans and broke them systematically mean this just
00:11:24seems to feature doesn't it of of settle
00:11:27colonialism? well, it's the arrogance the settlers,
00:11:31isn't it? mean, there's a particular um
00:11:34dimension to settle colonialism, which we should be conscious of,
00:11:38but maybe we sometimes forget, which makes it different to the kind of resource
00:11:42colonialism which affected other parts
00:11:45of what used to be called the developing world, so for example India
00:11:49wasn't a settler colony, whereas radisia which became Zimbable was,
00:11:53south africa was, Algeria was, the north of Ireland of course is
00:11:56remains a settler colony and what happens is
00:11:59that the settlers um they start to
00:12:03adopt their own interests, they start to have their own interests which are
00:12:07separate from whoever is their sponsor, whether that's an imperial
00:12:11power or or or the the home country
00:12:14from which they have come, so that's a dynamic
00:12:18which you saw in Algeria, you saw in in Zimbabwe,
00:12:22you saw in South Africa and of course in America. and the other colonies in
00:12:26Australia, New Zealand, etc., because of course the Metropolis quite
00:12:30often takes a more liberal imperialist
00:12:33view and not and not so much of a
00:12:36genocidal, directly genocidal view, so there's a kind of tension
00:12:40there quite often between the different sorts of of imperialist
00:12:44view in terms of controlling the territory, and that's why in the
00:12:48end settle colonies cease to exist, because the the set
00:12:52has become so extreme and so genocidal that either they are
00:12:56kicked out or they they they complete settle
00:12:59colonialism which is which means of course that they effectively
00:13:03eliminate all the natives or sufficient number the natives that
00:13:07they can't make any difference to politics such as the case for example in
00:13:11Australia, Canada and the US, but so far in
00:13:14in uh in Palestine they've not managed that and it looks like it's going
00:13:18to be very difficult for them to manage that even though they though they have inflicted
00:13:22heavy blows of course on the palestine resistance. and
00:13:26indeed on hisballah and of course they took out the the government
00:13:30of basar al-asad a key element the axis of resistance, but they cannot defeat
00:13:34Iran, so they are a bit of bind to Netanyahu's most recent
00:13:38statement talks about how they have effectively destroyed Iran's
00:13:42military capability, it's nuclear program, it's missile
00:13:46program, and everybody knows that that's not true, so
00:13:49that's the they find themselves in, yes absolutely,
00:13:53and you mentioned David and of course that's an
00:13:57inspirational tale isn't it where the resistance did prevail didn't they but hear
00:14:00a lot the mainstream media uh or making
00:14:04commentators actually refer to that but I mean that that was a real
00:14:07inspirational and and successful resistance campaign
00:14:11wasn't it went through in the end yeah I mean the set was have been
00:14:15there for a long time longer actually than uh the zines have been
00:14:19there at least since 1948 obviously there were some designers before
00:14:231948 but they were there. for over hundred years and they were kicked
00:14:26out and as result Algeria is now predominantly Muslim
00:14:30country and is an independent country, it is one the biggest supporters
00:14:34the Palestinians uh shore of direct military
00:14:38support for the Palestinians that we have in the world, sure now
00:14:42indeed, but leif I mean the Zionists haven't exactly been having
00:14:45easy time in South Leven and have they, I mean despite temporarily
00:14:49capturing lots of land, just tell us about some the difficulties that the Israeli
00:14:53occupation forces have faced there. Yeah, the
00:14:57isionist occupation in South Lebanon is not a walk in the
00:15:00park, it is very, very difficult
00:15:04military operation, Hezbulah
00:15:07is kind of restraining itself at this
00:15:11moment because the cease fire, but that is not
00:15:15stopping Hizbullah from ambushing
00:15:18any Israeli forces that
00:15:21attempt to move forward. in the
00:15:25occupation
00:15:26so where you know the
00:15:29occupation um is not comfortable just
00:15:33yesterday also released some videos
00:15:37their operations against the Israeli occupation forces
00:15:41before the cease fire came into effect,
00:15:44showing that
00:15:45they are able to conduct these operations if they want to
00:15:49again, and I think we will be going back
00:15:52to that situation of full
00:15:56confrontation between Hizbullah and the Zionist occupation
00:16:00forces very soon momentarily, I think it will going to
00:16:04be triggered, since the morning the...
00:16:07Israelis are bombarding villages far away
00:16:11from the frontline as as part
00:16:14their you know overall
00:16:17policy of you punishing the
00:16:21population in for anytime they
00:16:24lose battle on the ground with Hisballah
00:16:27they
00:16:29you know do collective punishment against the civilians in South
00:16:32Lebanon so that's that's what's happening right now and I
00:16:36think you know if we if we look at all those videos over the
00:16:40last four five months the
00:16:43confrontation between hizballah and the occupation
00:16:47forces, it is clear that they have lost
00:16:51a lot of men and lost a lot of equipment, some something like
00:16:54500 tanks were blown up by Hispallah in
00:16:58this battle. well David, what does south
00:17:02leban tell us about the difficulty the ziners are going to have in
00:17:06actually realizing their? plan for a supposed greater Israel
00:17:09then? well the difficulty that they have uh
00:17:13it is uh at root is demographic one. they they aren't
00:17:16even able to demographically dominate Palestine
00:17:20because uh there are about the same number of non-jews as they are Jews
00:17:24and if the the right of return was allowed there would be the
00:17:28Jews would be a minority and and there wouldn't be a Jewish
00:17:31state. so the the difficulty is that they haven't got enough people to
00:17:34occupy uh the new parts that the... in
00:17:37Syria or the parts the trying to occupy in Lebanon,
00:17:41they haven't got enough people and and it doesn't matter uh how how it's
00:17:45going
00:17:45to take a long long time for that to be the case, so as result they have to
00:17:49find other ways to dominate, and that of course means using assets and
00:17:53proxies, so for for example Syria Giovanni is their asset and
00:17:56their proxy, although of course uh there are some tensions in that relationship
00:18:00where uh the the Syrian government were going to allow
00:18:04uh turkish troops to deploy near Aleppo.
00:18:08which which is a threat to Israeli national security interests according
00:18:11to uh Benjamin Netanyahu and they they they have
00:18:15you know uh they have made sure that this clean clear that they
00:18:19will will bomb Syria again having destroyed almost all their military
00:18:23capability same is true of course in Lebanon where they have to have uh
00:18:27proxies in the the government of Lebanon who are quizlings and
00:18:30effectively is of Vishi regime uh collaborating with the
00:18:33occupiers their own country despite the fact that uh lebanese
00:18:37law still requires that they don't do that, so that that's that's a really
00:18:41significat issue and of course we see the same in the region
00:18:45as well with the abraham accords, the normalization processes in the
00:18:49United Arab Emirates, key key to that, Morocco key to that, which of
00:18:52course has an intelligence services which was set up by the mossard, so all of
00:18:56that is a is an indication that they can't, they can't send
00:19:00jews out to settle everywhere because
00:19:01there aren't enough juice, and there won't be enough, and so
00:19:05so that's the problem. Sure, it is absolutely a
00:19:09problem, can seem to me to be
00:19:10a fundamental flow
00:19:12in the in their overall plan, but leif tell us about the the Lebanese president she made
00:19:16in deference to Donald Trump, and and what this means going
00:19:19forward
00:19:20for for Leban as a potential US fassel state? Yeah,
00:19:23well president Josephn and prime
00:19:27minister Noaf salam have basically bent
00:19:31over backwards to appease the
00:19:34imperialist and the Jewish supremacist.
00:19:38in in their hopes of getting something in return, it
00:19:42seems like, but that they never
00:19:44materialized, you know,
00:19:47the cease fire is seems
00:19:51like to be one way, the
00:19:54the way that um, to
00:19:58show you the level of humiliation for this government,
00:20:02few days ago, the Lebanese ambassador to the
00:20:06UN in Geneva... and the human rights
00:20:09council uh just spoke lately
00:20:12about the crimes being committed by Israel
00:20:16in south Lebanon and that triggered the
00:20:19Israeli government to call Trump
00:20:23and uh then
00:20:24uh Trump's cabinet calling the president of
00:20:28Lebanon demanding that the uh
00:20:31this ambassador be removed from his
00:20:35post and they were referring to to one the articles
00:20:38in the memorandum thestanding
00:20:41between the own regime and the
00:20:45Israelis which state that libanon cannot
00:20:47anymore ' you
00:20:50know bring Israel and
00:20:54or complain about Israel's
00:20:58actions in libanon either in courts or
00:21:02diplomatic venues, which means that it's not only that the
00:21:05Lebanese government is not going to be able to sue for
00:21:09damages or for war crimes, but it can't even speak about them
00:21:13a public way, and that is the level of
00:21:15humiliation of this government and what it accepts.

00:21:29salam have no power really in the country,
00:21:32neither the military and or the
00:21:35security forces are under their
00:21:38control, and they cannot

00:21:53mean in the end, this strategy of of appeasement, isn't
00:21:57going to go well for the Lebanese president, or indeed
00:22:00is his prime minister, now of Salam, is it, or for that
00:22:04matter, the rest the collaborators in the Lebanese
00:22:07government? No, look, I mean, the
00:22:10the the position of hisb, which of course has representatives in the government,
00:22:14as always been that they wouldn't
00:22:17um uh coup or to try and take. over Lebanon,
00:22:21although they would surely be justified in trying to do so, but
00:22:25that position might change in the future, but of course what the zian
00:22:29want is the for the to be a civil war, so they want
00:22:32to try and engineer Sunny Garillas
00:22:36coming in from from Syria to
00:22:39attack, and they also want to engineer of course the
00:22:43Christian falangis, the fascist militions that
00:22:46are in the north more northerly part of Lebanon to. in that
00:22:50conflict as well, of course they were used famously in the shabara
00:22:53massacers uh back in the day overseen by the
00:22:56zionists under the watchful eye the zionis, so
00:23:00the strategy is a strategy of tenting to try and uh create
00:23:04a civil war which would have the effect of as they would
00:23:08say
00:23:09the used to say in gaza of mowing the grass of diverting
00:23:12hisb from defending against scienist
00:23:16occupation and invasion to defending themselves against.
00:23:20uh fellow Lebanese, which of course would would likely um
00:23:23be heavy tool for hisb's personnel,
00:23:27so that that's the kind of strategy that they're using, because they can't settle
00:23:30everywhere, they they try and find ways to destroy all their enemies and
00:23:34set their enemies against each other, and another aspect of this
00:23:38david is the fact that yeah the more
00:23:41um war and and and
00:23:44difficulties the sort of problems you've just been outlining there
00:23:48plays into the... Israel with
00:23:52with weapons, so so there's money to be made, isn't there out of this as
00:23:55well? there is money to be made, of course some arms firms
00:23:59supply all sides in the conflict, just like the
00:24:01zionists supply all sides in in politics in the UK and
00:24:05elsewhere, but sometimes those those arms
00:24:08firms are much more ideological, so the the
00:24:11Israeli arms firms, for example elbit for example, is
00:24:15really aircraft industry, they are
00:24:19quite ideal. are used to pursue
00:24:23zinanis foreign policy ambitions, so that of course
00:24:26means that they they won't sell arms to some
00:24:29some participants in conflict, but they will sell arms to
00:24:33those governments which they think they can use or have an advantage
00:24:36with no indeed,
00:24:40tragic state of affairs and shows the amorality the
00:24:44immorality, probably more appropriate description the the arms
00:24:48dealers really, but I'm afraid that's all we've got time for today,

00:27:10Masa Tahiri was born in 1993 in Iraq,
00:27:14Iran. Her life journey took her from simple room in her family home
00:27:18in Iraq to laboratories and advanced scientific research projects
00:27:21in Tehran. She began studying pure chemistry at Iraq
00:27:25University and continued her studies in Zahn for her master's
00:27:28degree and eventually became a PhD student in physical chemistry.
00:27:32history at Tarbiyat Mudarres University in Tehran where she also
00:27:36taught and worked on research projects, but behind the
00:27:40image of a brilliant young researcher was young woman with
00:27:44very ordinary and deeply personal world. She loved dolls
00:27:47and gave each them a name on her desk. She even kept a
00:27:51two-sided doll that reflected her mood, one smiling down for when she
00:27:55was happy, and one sad side for when she was feeling
00:27:58down. In the final years of her life,
00:28:02path took a different direction, she had once considered leaving Iran, including
00:28:06moving to Norway, but she chose to stay and devote her scientific
00:28:10abilities to research projects in her own country. She worked
00:28:14on projects related to missile technology, including heat
00:28:17resistance and radar absorbing materials and coding. She was
00:28:21only 32 years old. In March 2026, during
00:28:25Israeli and American attacks on Tehran, Massa was killed at her home. Her injuries
00:28:29were so severe that her family could identify her body. only through
00:28:33DNA testing 10 days after her death, her body was taken back to
00:28:37Iraq and buried in the city cemetery for marters that I
00:28:40sight that according to her family she had chosen herself. At
00:28:44first glance, Masso Tohiri may have seemed simply like a brilliant young
00:28:47scientist, but to her family, she was daughter and sister who
00:28:51loved her dolls, shared jokes with her brother, once dreamed of
00:28:55living abroad and had life that could have stretched decades into the
00:28:59future. What remains of that are few... words
00:29:02memories and a small piece of metal from one of her scientific projects,
00:29:06reminder of young woman who wanted to use science to help advance her
00:29:10country. her name was maha, she was young, she was
00:29:14scientist, and yet when she was killed, her death was ignored in the
00:29:17international media, no headlines, no newspaper profiles, no
00:29:21sustained coverage the young scientist whose life was cut
00:29:25short, her death was met with complete
00:29:28silence.
