00:05:38been showing any sort of toughness against uh uh
00:05:42players like China and like when you notice that China banks and
00:05:45companies um have been purchasing more than 80% of Iran's
00:05:49oil experts that would be the first phone call you think that Trump would
00:05:53be making right now but he's not so lot of and that's just one example this is
00:05:57for show because Besson himself says the point of
00:06:01putting this out there is to cause Iran to be
00:06:05making a deal because they see uh uh the severity of what
00:06:09this looks like are we willing to follow through with this? on some the phone
00:06:13calls have been made. Today we are launching operation Economic
00:06:17Outcast to foreclose every other option
00:06:20available to the Iranian regime. Treasury has mapped
00:06:24every node, every facilitator and every network
00:06:28that Iran has used to smuggle oil and evade
00:06:31sanctions. Beginning today, the actions of
00:06:35treasury and other agencies will tighten the news and
00:06:39block every potential source of revenue that... the
00:06:42IRGC and the evil Iranian regime, we
00:06:46are enforcing a zero leakage approach, there will be no minimal
00:06:50breathing space for the regime to rebuild its capacity to
00:06:54inflict terror against America and the
00:06:57world. The final refuge of this regime is
00:07:01the mistaken conclusion of nations that still finance the
00:07:05Iranian threat in the hopes of evading it. It is
00:07:09no longer acceptable to operate in the grace. spaces
00:07:13of this conflict, countries cannot claim they are
00:07:16blind to enabling this activity. I do think um
00:07:20that uh lot these threats are legitimate threats on
00:07:24smaller levels uh, but make no mistake, when this thing
00:07:28goes all the way, like we have to be willing to let our
00:07:31entire petro dollar system fail, and there seems to be
00:07:35people wanting that to happen or at least not caring about those results,
00:07:39but uh, no, there absolutely is a show. going on
00:07:43here uh because the idea is that if you can get Iran to maybe
00:07:47come back to the negotiating table uh
00:07:50then we can actually get somewhere. it doesn't look like Iran's in any position

00:07:55to want to do that uh right now. their conditions have remained
00:07:59very very unchanged uh they haven't budged at all they need they want
00:08:03that 300 billion in US compensation uh they want the US
00:08:07to be lifting all the sanctions. there's a whole list of things and that includes
00:08:11uh stopping the... is the uh bombardment of south Lebanon and
00:08:15Gaza, none of this stuff has happened,
00:08:17this was stuff that was put into the mou originally, it's been
00:08:21signed by both parties, so that's the thing that Iran's not going
00:08:25to budge on, so we'll see how far bessent and the rest the Trump team
00:08:29uh want to take

00:08:41Iran has spent years developing alternative mechanisms for
00:08:45sanctions evasion, including intermediaries, informal banking
00:08:49channels, borter arrangements, a front companies and
00:08:53alternative trading partners. the effectiveness of operation
00:08:57economic outcast will therefore depend heavily on how willing
00:09:01countries such as China, the UAE, Turkey and
00:09:04others are to cooperate with Washington and how
00:09:07aggressively the US uses secondary sanctions against
00:09:11them.

00:10:04absolutely a history of this um and so and let's go
00:10:08to the actual the narrative that is is not holding up right now the...
00:10:12the fact that Trump originally in this second term he ran on being the
00:10:16anti-war president, that was never the thing, and you have to go back to that
00:10:202018 maximum pressure campaign when he was president to
00:10:23really show what... was re-elected to do this time uh, he
00:10:27started uh that campaign, we're talking about when he first got in,
00:10:31he ran on tearing up the Iran nuclear deal, that's
00:10:35exactly what he he ran on, that's what he actually did, and
00:10:39that's as it was called maximum pressure, and it was actually designed
00:10:43escalate, not to de-escalate, and that's why we
00:10:46saw Iran respond thoroughly that way, to to
00:10:50rise up and be ready for what is happening now, and Trump's been the
00:10:54only. president that's been willing to actually start this war
00:10:58with Iran, that's why his handlers allowed him back in, because he
00:11:01showed every sign that he was going to be able to do the thing that
00:11:05Bill Clinton didn't do, that Obama didn't do, that Biden didn't
00:11:09do, and so this is exactly what's happening now, it's not a fluke, it's not
00:11:13a oh, he Baiten switched us, he's doing the thing that he showed
00:11:17us with that maximum pressure

00:14:08is because we do not take their use lightly. How did

00:14:18failure in the private sector and is now just puppet for Donald

00:16:52channels, ship owners, vessel managers, brokers, insures,
00:16:56shipping companies, bunkering companies, front companies,
00:17:00financial intermediaries, petroleum companies, shadow fleet
00:17:04vessels, people who receive and move the proceeds. Does
00:17:08the US really think that is
00:17:10possible.

00:18:04resistance and this has had an effect in
00:18:07global and geopolitical and international
00:18:11relations in exposing the US weakness

00:22:45but has been tested before and failed. now on that point,

00:25:37achieve so-called regime change or any the political
00:25:41goals, it just causes serious harm in the
00:25:45economy, and those who are affected most by it are, as I said, the poor
00:25:49and the vulnerable.
