00:10:22there are significant differences. Such a view from countries

00:11:28interaction with Afghanistan
00:11:31was not like this, Mr. Ibrahim. You see, in the previous administration
00:11:35or during the Republic,
00:11:37America was in a way dominant in Afghanistan and they did not allow
00:11:41good political and economic relations with Iran and also with Central
00:11:45Asian countries that are somehow under the influence of Russia.
00:11:48Therefore, this issue had caused
00:11:52Afghanistan's economic and
00:11:55political relations with Central Asian countries,
00:11:59as well as with Iran, to be somewhat
00:12:02weak. When the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan came to power
00:12:06and victory was achieved here, these countries used this opportunity
00:12:09to come to Afghanistan and achieve their
00:12:13economic goals in Afghanistan and through Afghanistan, they can also reach other
00:12:17countries. You know that at present, for Central
00:12:20Asian countries and for Iran,
00:12:24a second good opportunity that has arisen is
00:12:27that the routes that we were connected with Pakistan

00:13:23Countries need Afghanistan. The Islamic Emirate of

00:13:30to recognize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. This means

00:14:34For example, Iran should discuss economic issues
00:14:38and what obstacle Iran sees
00:14:42that it does not recognize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. It should also
00:14:46use these opportunities and tell Iran
00:14:49that there is no obstacle to recognition,

00:15:08for providing the grounds for a country's presence in economic dimensions, nothing

00:15:33the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan should evaluate
