02:25:32em conta a magnitude e o impacto destas doenças na pessoa,
02:25:35família na própria sociedade. eh seria bom que eh as pessoas com queixas
02:25:39de memória, com problemas cognitivos, com com diagnósticos de demências
02:25:43conseguissem aceder eh às consultas aos tratamentos que
02:25:46que precisem de uma forma mais eh eh mais...
02:25:50mais célere, digamos assim, sabemos de facto que ficam afetadas várias capacidades
02:25:53cognitivas, comportamentais, também, há esperança hoje
02:25:57nos novos fármacos?
02:26:01é uma área importante, nós temos eh desde há muitos anos que não
02:26:04tínhamos novos tratamentos para para doença, esses tratamentos começam a
02:26:08surgir, existem tratamentos aprovados eh pela pela União
02:26:11Europeia, pela Comissão europeia e, portanto eles podem ser prescritos no espaço
02:26:14europeu, a verdade é que muitos países eh, incluindo Portugal
02:26:18optaram ou estão neste... em algum processo de avaliação, mas neste momento ainda
02:26:22não se encontram disponíveis eh através dos serviços nacionais de
02:26:26saúde, hum, é sempre uma decisão difícil
02:26:30porque são são tratamentos que também têm custos associados e que em boa
02:26:34verdade também não eliminam a doença, ou seja, doença
02:26:37infelizmente continua a progredir, mas num ritmo evolução que não se espera ser
02:26:40tão tão acentuado eh e, portanto existe esta questão dos
02:26:44tratamentos, é verdade, mas também o acesso a uma consulta
02:26:48e e à capacidade diagnóstica. Também é importante que
02:26:52que que que que exista alguma algum foque e
