00:39:50integrity of Russia, discrediting our armed

00:39:57of such offenders is possible. The priority right to receive a room
00:40:01in a university dormitory is reserved for student families. Now this
00:40:05is the norm of law. Before the changes came into force, places for such
00:40:08categories were allocated on a residual basis. During the eighth convocation,
00:40:12State Duma deputies decided to change priorities. Support will
00:40:16also be available to families where the husband and wife are students from different
00:40:19educational institutions. The law obliges all universities
00:40:23to create special rooms for them within their housing stock.

00:40:30information on the number of places in dormitories, including those

00:41:44certain provisions of the comprehensive law on supporting such
00:41:47technologies came into force. In particular, the powers of government
00:41:50agencies in the field of development and application of artificial
00:41:54intelligence mechanisms have been established. The law is designed to ensure technological
00:41:57independence. A law aimed at increasing
00:42:01state regulation in the field of housing and communal services has come into force.
00:42:04Heat supply organizations are now obliged to approve investment
00:42:08programs. Money from depreciation embedded in tariffs will be allowed to be
00:42:11spent only on the repair and development of infrastructure, this will
00:42:15contribute to its modernization. On September
