00:02:27doing so, kicking off the first three weeks of government with three
00:02:31bombings, one in Catatumbo and two in
00:02:33Huaviare, sold as operations to weaken the
00:02:37ELN structures and the FARC dissidents, such as the
00:02:41Jorge Suárez block or the Iván Mordisco dissidents,
00:02:44but was there truly a
00:02:46main efforts of the United States to weakening of these structures with the attacks? The
00:02:49reality is that none of the key
00:02:52were actually hit, targets of the bombings were confirmed as killed. In
00:02:54fact, if we want to talk about that, there are no official figures for
00:02:58those killed, much less their identities: the first in
00:03:02Catatumbo, a border area with Venezuela, according to the Ministry of
00:03:05Defense, resulted in two deaths, including
00:03:09a 16-year-old boy, both labeled as alleged
00:03:13members of the ELN, in other words, without sufficient

00:03:26seriously injured in the bombing, which also caused the forced

00:03:34second bombing, now in Guaviare, had an official

00:03:47by forensic medicine, however, is that among the killed
00:03:51there were three minors, something that the government justified

00:04:01a war crime, which, thanks to the
00:04:04Special Jurisdiction for Peace, an body that Abelardo wants
00:04:07to eliminate, is known to have involved 18,677
00:04:11of them between 1971 and
00:04:142016. But is the way to combat the
00:04:17recruitment of minors by killing them?
00:04:20Human rights organizations denounced the extensive
00:04:23killing of minors in these bombings for having ignored
00:04:26intelligence that pointed to their presence at the scene, that
