00:01:13Happy day, welcome, welcome to this Telesur
00:01:18new technologies and the future of News broadcast, it's a pleasure to meet you, I'm Erani Flores, I'll immediately present our
00:01:21headlines,
00:01:25driven by the erratic war against Iran, the high
00:01:28cost of living and the actions of the Democrats,
00:01:32they won an election with majorities in the House of
00:01:35Representatives, the Senate and the
00:01:37governorships.
00:01:40Cuba criticized the migratory policy of the United States and
00:01:44denounced that dozens of Cuban citizens have been deported
00:01:48to third countries, including destinations in Africa,
00:01:52health, in the camera of Jesús Romero, remaining separated from their families and without means of
00:01:54subsistence.

00:02:30In the United States, the erratic war against Iran,
00:02:33economy and anti-immigrant
00:02:36on the supply routes of policy hit Trump electorally. Democrats won an
00:02:38election with majorities in the House of Representatives, the
00:02:42Senate and the governorships. The Democratic
00:02:45Party managed to gather 54 seats for the
00:02:48Senate against the 44 achieved by the Republican
00:02:51Party, with two remaining to be defined. In
00:02:55addition, they are heading towards a majority in the House of
00:02:59Representatives, obtaining from the
00:03:02435 total
00:03:04disseminates about the actions seats a total of 222 against
00:03:07the 138 of the Republicans, with 75
00:03:11districts remaining to be defined. In the gubernatorial
00:03:14elections, Democrats have won 22 of the
00:03:18disputed governorships against 12 for the Republicans
00:03:22and linked their departure from in a count that remains open pending
00:03:25the final results in the
00:03:28new generations in the remaining states. This result configures a new political scenario in the
00:03:32White House that will have to face an opposition
00:03:35Congress, which anticipates a period of
00:03:38institutional confrontation and legislative gridlock in the
00:03:41next 2
00:03:42years.
00:03:51authorities and are not US President Donald Trump acknowledged that the war against
00:03:54Iran and the increase in fuel prices influenced
00:03:58the electoral setback of the Republicans, admitting
00:04:02that the economic costs of the offensive could
00:04:05have affected the citizen vote, although he defended his
00:04:11this declaration is what paved the way for insecurity, and the high cost of military strategy, the president attributed part of the results to the performance of the
00:04:13Democrats.
00:04:20I think it's due to the price of gasoline, people agree with
00:04:23what I'm doing in Iran, but they probably weren't
00:04:26willing to take the short-term consequences of
00:04:30having to pay more for gasoline and you know,
00:04:33I understand, it's like I don't agree with
00:04:36that, I would tell people that you know it's
00:04:40a short-term problem, but it means a long-term
00:04:44gain, but well, it's a shame,
00:04:47look, the bottom line is that in many
00:04:50cases they couldn't get the votes and I think the
00:04:53Democrats did a good job, they really
00:04:56did, I think they did a good job, they fought.
00:05:11outstanding content on that President Donald Trump affirmed
00:05:14that he will seek to work with Democrats to
00:05:17promote agreements for the benefit of the country, although he invoked his
00:05:21veto power in his
00:05:22statements.
00:05:27Well, we're going to work with the Democrats to make sure
00:05:31things go well for our country, that's very
00:05:34important, they've already called and they want to work with me,
00:05:38they have the right to veto everything, but I don't want to just sit
00:05:42there for two years vetoing everything, they want to see things
00:05:45happen too, so I've already
00:05:48spoken with certain leaders of the Democratic Party and
00:05:51probably, you know, I have a lot of friends in the Democratic
00:05:55Party.
00:06:00These midterm elections in the United States left a day
00:06:04of advances for the Democrats,
00:06:07Keisha Lance won the governorship.
00:06:10Her victory confirms the transformation of a state that until
00:06:14recently was a Republican stronghold. In New
00:06:17Mexico, Deb Haaland won the governorship and became
00:06:21the first Native American woman to
00:06:24govern a state in the country's history,
00:06:26succeeding Michelle Lujan. In addition,
00:06:29James Talarico led the count in Texas, a state that
00:06:33had not elected a Democratic senator since
00:06:361988. For his part, Democrat Roy
00:06:39Cooper defeated Republican Michael Whitley and flipped
00:06:43the seat in the Federal Senate, marking the first blue
00:06:47victory for this position in almost 20 years.
00:06:50Adam Hamilton, for his part, led in Kansas,
00:06:54which had not elected a progressive senator since
00:06:571932. The day also saw a defeat for
00:07:00Trumpism. Darlene Graham lost the election for
00:07:03South Carolina to Democrat Annie Andrews.
00:07:07Graham was the sister of the late Senator
00:07:11Lindsey Graham, an ultraconservative
00:07:15activist who promoted sanctions against Russia and Iran contained
00:07:20Act, while in Florida, Democrat Angie Nixon
00:07:24lost the race for the Senate by a margin
00:07:27of about three points to her Republican
00:07:30counterpart, a minimal difference in a historically
00:07:33dominated entity by the ruling
00:07:37party.
00:07:38gobernante.
00:07:54Changing the subject: the Cuban government criticized the migratory
00:07:57policy of the United States and denounced that dozens of
00:08:01Cuban citizens have been deported to third
00:08:04countries, including destinations in Africa, remaining separated
00:08:08from their families and without means of
00:08:10subsistence. Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Fernández
00:08:14de Cossío described these expulsions as
00:08:17inhumane and questioned why other migrants remain
00:08:21detained for long periods, without concrete
00:08:24charges and amid uncertainty about their
00:08:27future. The diplomat also held Washington
00:08:30responsible for the migratory situation of many Cubans
00:08:35the nation to the effects of the blockade, economic sanctions
00:08:39and US migratory policies. These
00:08:42statements are added to the denunciations of migrants from
00:08:45Cuba, Honduras and Ecuador who last
00:08:49August claimed to have been forcibly transferred
00:08:53without prior notice to African
00:08:55territory.
00:09:03Dozens of Hondurans, including men, women, and
00:09:06children, began a new migratory caravan on Tuesday
00:09:09night from San Pedro Sula with the intention
00:09:13of reaching the United States. Participants
00:09:17indicated that they are leaving the country due to lack of employment,
00:09:22living. Some reported that they have lost their
00:09:25businesses and sources of income, while others
00:09:29seek better conditions for their families. The group
00:09:32set off for the port of Corinto on the border with
00:09:35Guatemala and will have to cross different territories before reaching
00:09:39Mexico and continuing their route north. The
00:09:43call was disseminated through social networks, although its
00:09:46organizers have not
00:09:48been identified.

00:11:16criminal groups and accused them of betraying the legacy of leader
00:11:20Jean-Jacques Dessalines. In this regard, the Salvadoran
00:11:23president urged the population to regain
00:11:27control of their communities against the gangs that
00:11:31operate in the country, his statements have been
00:11:33questioned for accusing part of the population without
00:11:37presenting evidence to support the accusation and for shifting
00:11:40the responsibility to citizens to confront armed
00:11:44groups. The call, furthermore, could expose
00:11:48civilians to greater risks and stigmatize
00:11:51an entire community, while Haiti is going through a deep
00:11:55security crisis, President Bukele did not
00:11:58detail cooperation measures or a concrete
00:12:02proposal to address its causes.
00:12:13Let's go to Venezuela, the acting president Delcy Rodríguez
00:12:17reported that monthly inflation in October closed as the lowest
00:12:21in 24 months. During the meeting
00:12:25with businessmen within the framework of the Conindustria
00:12:27Congress, the acting president attributed
00:12:30the result to the effort of the Venezuelan
00:12:33people and pointed out that consumption capacity has increased
00:12:36by 23% in the last 12
00:12:39months. Likewise, Rodríguez highlighted the
00:12:43increase in productive capacities, while affirming that
00:12:46Venezuela leads economic growth in Latin
00:12:49America.
00:12:50Latina.
00:12:58Well, the first thing I have to say is that monthly inflation
00:13:01in the month of October closed as the lowest in
00:13:0524 months, an effort by everyone,
00:13:08by the Venezuelan people, who
00:13:11have also improved their consumption capacity,
00:13:15it has increased in the last 12 months by 23%,
00:13:19consumption capacity, but also productive
00:13:23capacities, you have more
00:13:25production volume, you have more utilization of your installed
00:13:29capacities and this growth in both production
00:13:32and consumption yields positive
00:13:35numbers in terms of inflation, well
00:13:39this chart that I will always show Venezuela
00:13:42leading economic growth in Latin
00:13:46America, an effort of all Venezuelans
00:13:49and all Venezuelans,
00:13:53also in Venezuela the health and life plan of the government includes the
00:13:57provision of high-tech equipment in order to
00:13:59guarantee the right to health to the population and in the
00:14:03case of breast cancer, a timely approach to the
00:14:06pathology. Evelyn Guarenas with the
00:14:08information.
00:14:11The consultation for breast pathologies at the Luis Rassetti Oncological
00:14:14Hospital in Caracas, is generally at its peak, because
00:14:18breast cancer has a high incidence, it is the second
00:14:21leading cause of oncological death among Venezuelan women.
00:14:25we have the surgical part which is the part specifically where I specialize
00:14:28which is the operation part when the patient categorizes or
00:14:32meets the surgery requirements, they undergo the respective surgery depending on the protocol
00:14:36it can be a breast-conserving surgery or a total mastectomy
00:14:39we also have the oncological internal medicine service which is responsible
00:14:43for the systemic treatment of the disease either with
00:14:46chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies or hormonal
00:14:49blockade depending on the tumor phenotype and
00:14:53based on that we coordinate with them the systemic part and
00:14:56we have the radiotherapy service,
00:15:00fortunately since this year it has already started to work, those patients who
00:15:04meet all the criteria that merit additional
00:15:07adjuvant radiotherapy treatment we refer them to that
00:15:09service, patients must come with a
00:15:13diagnosis because the Luis Rassetti Institute is a specialized
00:15:16hospital, it has recently been equipped with mammography
00:15:19ultrasound equipment and will soon have a tomograph,
00:15:23attention to women is integral including reconstructive
00:15:26plastic surgery. The oncological reconstruction
00:15:29procedure, nowadays, more than a complementary treatment is
00:15:33considered part of the multidisciplinary management, because it is not only
00:15:37a psychological effect, but even
00:15:41a physical effect, the fact of performing a mastectomy,
00:15:44generates even musculoskeletal problems, a series
00:15:48of factors that are important for the patient's
00:15:51quality of life, but why do some women overcome
00:15:55breast cancer and others don't, some relapse and others
00:15:58heal completely, from the point of view of
00:16:02biodescodification, breast cancer reflects a conflict with the
00:16:05emotion related to the way of mothering, when some
00:16:08woman presents some manifestation in her breast that has
00:16:12to do with a growth
00:16:15seen as a nodule, a tumor, a cyst,
00:16:18the breast begins to shrink as
00:16:20other diagnoses sometimes present,
00:16:24so what are we going to look for from the symbolic, scientific and
00:16:28emotional point of view, we are going to look for an emotion that has to do with the real
00:16:32or symbolic loss of a child, I am
00:16:35saying real and symbolic and it is something that we must take into account, why, because the
00:16:39human subconscious does not distinguish between the real and the symbolic,
00:16:43biodescodification works with the patient's timeline, the
00:16:47dramatic events of their life will show when a conflict was
00:16:50activated and how long it has been active, we will always
00:16:54find in that characteristic of the patient, that they interpret
00:16:58life in a very dramatic way, if we look at that human
00:17:02and life part that a person has had so that they can
00:17:04deprogram from their true emotional origin
00:17:08in this diagnosis of breast cancer,
00:17:12liberating and healing the emotion associated with breast
00:17:15cancer is a work carried out by the person who presents the symptom
00:17:19with the accompaniment of a therapist or specialist in the field, in
00:17:23this sense, biodescodification empowers and holds the
00:17:25patient responsible for their own

00:19:53Back here on Telesur Noticias in Ukraine, Russian forces
00:19:56attacked port facilities used by the Ukrainian
00:20:00army, as well as depots and
00:20:03drone launching points, according to the Russian
00:20:06Ministry of Defense. The agency indicated that the attacks
00:20:10hit 144 targets, including Ukrainian military positions
00:20:13and areas where foreign fighters
00:20:17operated. Likewise, Moscow assured that Ukrainian
00:20:20forces lost about 1105
00:20:23troops in the different combat fronts during
00:20:27the last 24 hours, in addition to armored
00:20:30vehicles and military equipment. The figures
00:20:33are part of the official Russian balance and have not
00:20:37been independently verified.

00:21:27Beijing Municipal Government. The Summit will bring together nearly 500
00:21:30delegates from some 330 mainstream media outlets,
00:21:34as well as research centers, government departments and
00:21:37international organizations from 112 countries and regions
00:21:41around the world. Under the slogan "Media in the intelligent era: from consensus
00:21:44to action," the summit will allow delegates to exchange views
00:21:48on topics such as the use of artificial intelligence for all
00:21:52and the transformation of global media, as well as
00:21:55dialogue and cooperation among media for a safer
00:21:59world, other topics related to AI-enabled communication
00:22:02to expand inter-civilizational exchanges, the use of
00:22:08global communication governance will also be of interest to
00:22:11participants in the event. The World Media Summit
00:22:14seeks to promote international media cooperation,
00:22:18strengthen strategies to address imbalances and
00:22:21inequalities in the global flow of information, as well as
00:22:25foster a more connected, inclusive journalism adapted
00:22:28to global technological transformations. Let us remember that the
00:22:31mechanism of the World Media Summit began in 2009
00:22:35and constitutes an important global platform for high-level
00:22:38exchange and cooperation in the field of
00:22:42media. With this information, we say goodbye until
00:22:46a next contact and return the signal to the central studios
00:22:49of Telesur from Caracas, Venezuela.
00:22:52Venezuela.
00:22:54Thank you, colleague, we change the subject in Yemen, Ansarullah forces
00:22:59Lahj and took several strategic positions
00:23:03near Aden, according to local and tribal
00:23:06sources. Among the occupied points are the center
00:23:10of the Al-Makatira district, a historical
00:23:13fortress and a mountainous pass near the Al-Anad
00:23:17military base, as well as a camp and
00:23:20other facilities, this advance increases pressure
00:23:26the forces backed by Saudi Arabia. For their
00:23:29part, authorities linked to Ansarullah
00:23:32warned about the presence of Saudi troops in military
00:23:36camps in the south. The operation is part
00:23:39of the disputes over territorial control of Yemen,
00:23:42whose southern zone is strategically
00:23:45important due to its proximity to the Red Sea and the
00:23:48Bab al-Mandeb Strait.
00:24:01109 years after the Balfour Declaration,
00:24:04Palestinians remain firm without renouncing their historical
00:24:08rights, led by liberation and return to their
00:24:10land. A conference held in Beirut recalled
00:24:14the origin of that British promise and the role of
00:24:18defense of the Palestinian cause, let's see more with
00:24:21our colleague Hisham Nassar.
00:24:24The conference held at the
00:24:28International Palestinian Center in Beirut, examined the
00:24:31historical context of the Balfour Declaration of
00:24:351917, through which the United
00:24:39Kingdom paved the way for the establishment of a Jewish
00:24:42national home in Palestine and deprived
00:24:45the indigenous population of this land of their national
00:24:49rights.
00:24:51a colonial compromise whose consequences deeply marked
00:24:55Palestinian history,
00:24:56palestina,
00:25:01the Nakba and all the Palestinian tragedy that
00:25:04continues for decades here we are to consolidate the
00:25:08awareness and knowledge of the youth layer of what the Palestinian
00:25:12cause suffered from the colonial forces and from the Zionist
00:25:15movement that targets Palestine, its land
00:25:19and its people through practices of forced
00:25:22displacement and attempts to erase the historical identity
00:25:26of our land and to change the identity of the place,
00:25:29displacing the force of its indigenous
00:25:31population.
00:25:35I want to tell the young people that we, the elders,
00:25:38are here to strengthen them and teach them the true
00:25:42history of Palestine, ensuring that we do not give up Palestine
00:25:46and ratifying from here before the whole world that...
00:25:50We are Palestine, and we are its origin,
00:25:53and we will not stop teaching our children their right in
00:25:57Palestine, planting the millennial olive trees of our
00:26:01land in their hearts.
00:26:05Among the main themes of the meeting was the role of
00:26:09Palestinians in the diaspora in the defense of national
00:26:12identity and the right of return, a task
00:26:16that also falls on new generations called
00:26:20to assume the commitment to preserve the Palestinian
00:26:23cause and transmit it to those who come
00:26:26after. All attempts to make Palestinians
00:26:30stop thinking about returning to Palestine. by granting them
00:26:33nationality of the countries where they reside as refugees,
00:26:37will not succeed, because Palestinians cling to their right of return
00:26:41and will return to every village, every city, every
00:26:44tree in occupied Palestine, and the fact that
00:26:47they obtain any foreign nationality, is nothing more than
00:26:51a means to consolidate their steadfastness and their
00:26:53constancy until they achieve their goal of achieving this legitimate
00:26:57right, guaranteeing historically and legally
00:27:01all Palestinians wherever they may be. I, as a Palestinian
00:27:04refugee, who lives in the camps, face, like all my
00:27:08compatriots, many difficulties, but even so,
00:27:11we cling to our Palestinian cause and will not allow
00:27:14attempts to erase it and make us forget
00:27:18it and forget our land to succeed, because as Palestinians
00:27:22we believe that our identity is not only printed on
00:27:25papers and IDs, but is rooted in
00:27:29our hearts and minds, sure to
00:27:32return to our country and no matter what they do, we will continue
00:27:36fighting until we achieve this goal. More than a century later, the
00:27:40Palestinian tragedy continues. Gaza and
00:27:43the West Bank suffer daily the consequences of the occupation
00:27:47and military operations, while
00:27:50millions of Palestinians in the diaspora remain far
00:27:53from their land, many in extremely precarious
00:27:56living conditions, a reality that
00:27:59keeps a wound open.
00:28:15Allette Cruiser, a former member of the Israeli
00:28:18army spokesman's unit, denounced that during
00:28:21her service, military communiqués were manipulated
00:28:25and justify the extermination operations in Gaza and
00:28:29the West Bank. On the social network X, she affirmed that
00:28:32innocent Palestinians were labeled as terrorists
00:28:35and that official messages were adapted according
00:28:39to the target audience with the purpose of strengthening
00:28:42internal support and gaining international
00:28:46legitimacy. In this sense, she also
00:28:48related that communiqués about attacks with numerous
00:28:52victims included routine expressions of regret
00:28:56for civilian casualties. Her statements
00:28:59are added to the testimonies of former soldiers
00:29:03that this organization
00:29:07of the armed forces Israelis in the
00:29:10Palestinian territories.
00:29:20The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of
00:29:23Iran reported that four oil tankers, which it
00:29:26accused of attempting to cross a prohibited
00:29:29zone south of the Strait of Hormuz, struck naval
00:29:32mines and remain ablaze. The organization also
00:29:36announced the detention of two other vessels and claimed that
00:29:40its air defense systems shot down a U.S.
00:29:43MQ9 Ripper drone over that maritime
00:29:47route. These claims were released
00:29:50by Iranian military
00:29:53independently confirmed by the available
00:29:56information. In this regard, Tehran conditioned the
00:30:00reopening of this route on compliance with several
00:30:03demands, including the lifting of sanctions, the
00:30:07release of blocked assets, and the recognition of its
00:30:11sovereignty over the
00:30:12strait.
00:30:19With this, we close this edition of Telesur Noticias. Thank you for tuning
