00:18:09these elections, are they going to be the important political figures
00:18:13that help tip the balance and help swing one these parties
00:18:16over that all-important 41 seat threshold that would be required
00:18:20to govern here? another question, of course is can the
00:18:24peace last? it has been remarkable, the level
00:18:28of peace that we've seen across the region, there have of course been explosions that were
00:18:32shootings especially here in kotabato city, but

00:18:43have gone, despite some allegations of fraudulent
00:18:47voting, some allegations of election interference and of course spats
