00:04:23government, we also
00:04:25in asked them what their needs are, and so we were able to

00:04:35prosper which is the prosperity for all
00:04:39so with starting our campaigns what we were doing is
00:04:43that we have listened to your hearness we
00:04:46of have had your complaints we we want to attend

00:04:53state is that if you have asked if

00:05:50now. Tell me what is the biggest failure
00:05:54the President administration and what do you believe gives your party
00:05:58an edge over this present
00:05:59administration?
00:06:04You know, like I said, as you going about people have asked
00:06:08questions and one the major complaints
00:06:11uh... the people of Ash in the last three

00:06:17the current governor has not taken

00:09:57also said people have complain that health -
00:10:01state ranks number 11 in Nigeria when it

00:11:11with the governorship candidates the APC, since the APC
00:11:14candidate has met with the farmers, how does the party

00:16:23then copies as students we have learning
00:16:27and conducive environment to learn, and also I mentioned the health sector
00:16:31whereby there will be adequate and efficient
00:16:34healthcare service delivery, we also... the
00:16:38APC also have in their manifesto an energy road
00:16:42map which will ensure adequate power
00:16:45supply in the state we set up is separate
00:16:48committee for that energy roadmap which will ensure
00:16:52that electricity will improve and that
00:16:55will also affect small and medium scale
00:16:58enterprises will also affect artisans and
00:17:02everyone m all of this all of
00:17:06this plans but
00:17:07"a lot of people have said the problem we have as a country is not about
00:17:11making laws or making plans, it's about
00:17:13implementation. how does the APC
00:17:17plan implement all of this um plans they have for the
00:17:21people of ours
00:17:22state?
00:17:26you know, i said earlier that going about our
00:17:30campaigns, we didn't just sit down, somewhere in the
00:17:33room to write our manifesto,
00:17:35you know, i have said that. we wrote this manifesto
00:17:39based on the needs the
00:17:42people, we wrote this manifesto based
00:17:46on the needs or the demands from the people, so what we have
00:17:50been doing across of state during our campaign is
00:17:54how implement all these demands which you have
00:17:58demanded from us, so implementing them, one the things that will help us
00:18:02is that if you look at around the states now states
00:18:05allocations, are now doubled
00:18:09some or tripled some four times now
00:18:12because one the major
00:18:15you know
00:18:16you know one of major needs of any state
00:18:19government or any government is financing one
00:18:23the things that are speed development in states in the
00:18:27past is that you know there have not been enough money and all
00:18:30of that and so now that states now have
00:18:33and states people have complaints that
00:18:38the the allocations of revenue in state, the income
00:18:41state with the performance the current valutation,
00:18:45there are no commensurat, if you put them side by
00:18:49side, they are not commensurat, so and that's one the things that will help
00:18:52us the federal government allocation, and then by the
00:18:56time one the plans is that the APC
00:19:00plans to bring in investors, either local investors or foreign
00:19:04investors into the space to ensure job. and
00:19:08then by the time we have enough money in finances,
00:19:12allocation of revenue, all these will be
00:19:14implemented. governor adelik is
00:19:18campaigning on his record and as unveild a five points
00:19:21agenda for his second term. um, what is the APC's
00:19:25strongest counter argument to that record? now for the
00:19:28record, he he talked about integration, integrated youth, women
00:19:32and workers welfare, infrastructure consolidation for
00:19:36citizens, agro. industrial expansion, affordable
00:19:39qualitative health and education access, um, improved and
00:19:43secured business environment for job creation. for you,
00:19:47do you think he has lived up to that bidding, and if not, what is the APC's
00:19:51strongest counter argument to
00:19:52that?
00:19:56well, we have said again, and I'll keep
00:20:00repeating again, that have gone around. I am aus state
00:20:04presently and I've been in state, I live in state. and then
00:20:07know what the people are saying with all that promises, the present
00:20:11administration has filled in his promises and how is
00:20:15it you know how is
00:20:19attending to that? we have told that people again, we are not
00:20:23just making promises. for example, during this
00:20:26election, during this campaign season, there are little one or
00:20:30two things that the APC have started doing
00:20:33across, in some communities and towns.

00:20:41council have even graded some roads that are unmterable and then they
00:20:45are now motorable already, so implementation won't be a
00:20:48problem and again, one the things that we are banking on is a
00:20:52candidate a candidate is experienced both in public
00:20:56sector and the private sector, he has been in the
00:21:00banking sector for over the decades and then in the
00:21:03in the public sector since 2012 so we have the the
00:21:07candidate the APC have
00:21:11the experience we have been tested in diff when
