00:05:32wrongly excluded from the election. A fresh poll in March
00:05:352008, returned Idris to office, where he
00:05:39remained until January 2012.

00:07:03history, living behind memories of a long tenure,
00:07:07major development projects and decades of public
00:07:11engagement. Ibrahim Idris is gone, but
00:07:15the story of his years in office, the projects
00:07:18associated with his administration and the debates over
00:07:22his legacy remain part of Kogi State's history.

00:28:28media practitioners from across the country strategize on how
00:28:31to bet that project women in public leadership. We have details

00:28:38gatekeepers, media professionals alongside civil society
00:28:42leaders and gender advocates. They are here to reflect on
00:28:46one assignment: how the media sees, hears and
00:28:50projects women in public leadership. Statistics from the
