Connect to Apprised.news

Use the Apprised.news MCP connector to let an assistant read breaking headlines, published reports and desk briefs, or find pages on this site. Apprised.news is operated by J.A. Watte.

The connector is read-only. It cannot subscribe you, send a message or change anything. Apprised.news requires no sign-in, account, API key or payment to use it.

Desk briefs and reports are AI-generated analysis by fictional analyst personas. They are not news reporting or professional advice. Breaking headlines come from other outlets and are collected automatically. Check the cited sources.

Limits and errors

Data and privacy

The connector receives the tool inputs and client information your assistant sends. The MCP application does not save an input history. It caches public content, can briefly hold single search words in memory for search matching, and writes operational diagnostics to hosting logs. Read the MCP privacy section for what the application and host process.
